My experience with this travel agency has been utterly unacceptable and has demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.

Despite being owed a legitimate refund, I have been forced to spend an unreasonable amount of time repeatedly chasing the company for updates. Communication has been consistently poor “wait lang sis” and every interaction has resulted in further delays, vague explanations, and no meaningful resolution.

A reputable business should handle refunds efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with its commitments. Instead, this agency has made an already frustrating situation significantly worse through incompetence and a complete failure to provide acceptable customer service.

I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before booking through this agency. If a problem arises and you require assistance or a refund, do not expect a prompt, professional, or customer-focused response.

Without question, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with any travel company.

Lexi the lady who dealt with our booking was very good and also very patient with our requests, going Manila to singapore return, with hotel and transfers, end June for 4 days, get stamp in my passport so can get permanent long stay in four years, so being British and living in phillipines with my wife of 30 yrs, booking through what's app by messages was a bit more difficult, so a big round of applause for Lexi very professional, have used world pinoy a few times now and will continue to use them, never had a bad experience with them.
