It is very bad experience
It is very bad experience! Twice!
The 1st time I booked 2 lanes, and each lane for 2 hours and I got the confirmation letter at the same time. When we arrived, it was only booked one lane for us—suprise! !
What a customer service should do when system made a wrong order for a customer?
—Apologize? No, the guy at the reception said it is not his fault. Excuse me??
—Open a new lane for us. No, the guys said he can not open a new lane because we are using the coupon from sweetdeal, even there are so many empty lanes.
—What can we do? “If you want another lane, you have to pay the full price to book it now. No other solution, maybe I can give you some drinks for compensation.”
We paid the full price for one extra lane, and we got no compensation !!!!
The guy’s attitude was like “it is not my fault, why asking me for a solution? I have no obligation to help you.” Ok, is that called customer service?
The 2nd time is today. Why I still want to come there again, because I HAVE TO finish my sweetdeal coupon! :(
Before I went there, I called to confirm this time I booked 2 lanes. Yes, of course, the system still doesn’t work, so I have to book one more lane again…
Everything goes OK, until the bowling balls stoped coming out, and we have to ask for help. Luckily it is the SAME guys working today!!!
After the fourth time, the system went wrong, it totally stopped working, and it is still at least 20mins left.
Again we have to ask the same guy to make a “service” for us:
—Open a new lane? No way.
—“It is not my fault.”
—He can only give us a coupon of half price for one hour next time. Excuse me? Why do we need a compensation like that if we have a cheap sweetdeal coupon?
The guy said you accept it or you go away. After we said no, he started to complain us! Complain us?! He said no customers like us and he will make sure we can not get in there again! ???
Anything wrong did we do?? How can a customer deserves a bad service and verbal threats!!
I don’t know the guy’s name. He is working today 04/02/2023 at least from 3pm to 5pm.
