Terrible sizing, came up at least 2 sizes too big. Customer service very unhelpful and refused to accept return as it was a customised item. Sizing needs to be adjusted so that customers know what size they will be getting. Very disappointing overall, product and service. Do NOT recommend

Please do not use this company, luckily I have protection via my credit card for a refund. However I am continuing on my endeavours to challenge their behaviour to protect future buyers from this nonsense, they are ethically awful. Admittedly I retuned the items unfolded however all in the original packaging. Following circa 20 emails they refused the refund due to shirts not being folded properly. They want the shirts to be folded to the standard they came in the pack (which is done by a professional or a machine) so if you want to try them on you can’t as they won’t accept the return. This is against the consumer act 2013 due to the consumer being able to experience online purchases to that of the standard in a shop. They sent the shirts back, I repacked and folded as best I could and they have still refused the return. Following now 30+ emails, consumer advice and a case number from the citizens advice bureau, they are now not replying to my emails. They have also changed the wording on their return policy and it is directly a knee jerk from the debate I have had with their severe swerve of the consumer act. I will at my own expense take this company to court to ensure they do not impact anyone else. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY
