Did not turn up for appointment.
A waste of time.

We had a slipped tile on our roof over our conservatory. It could not have been in a more difficult place.
We called Work Smart and Carl out the next day!
What an amazing service. In less that an hour the tile and the one next to it were replaced and Carl also replaced a chipped tile he discovered. He and his "mate" were absolutely amazing.
We are so grateful and would recommend Work Smart to anyone. Thank you so much

Worksmart have just finished a job removing spray foam and laying new attic insulation at our property and I would recommend the company 100%.
They were an amazing team who worked exceptionally hard in very testing conditions…..namely the heat…..and were always polite and respected our property.
Everything was completed within the time frame agreed.
I could not fault Worksmart and would use them again if it was ever needed.

This company truly deserve 5 Stars.
The initial visit on Monday was to assess the work that was required. After inspection of the roof was carried out,we were given a quote,which weaccepted .
On Tuesday morning scaffold was errected quickly without fuss.
Wednesday work was started,under the watchful eye of Carl. The crew worked very efficiently under extremely hot weather conditions. At the end of the day great progress had been made. The area was left very neat and tidy.Thursday morning the first batch of rooftiles arrived.Once again the crew carried on with good humour even though the temperatures remained excessive. On Friday the roof was completed,with the facia and guttering fixed.Saturday the final fixings were completed and the area was cleared of all rubbish was disposed of.
Within 6 days an old roof had been removed and a very smart new on installed. That is a fantastic result.
Carl was updating us,sometimes on an hourly basis ,via videos of the progess of the task. His enthusiasm on getting the job done to a high standard was impressive.
I would have no resevation in recommending this helpful friendly and very professional company

Had a difficult roof chimney to sort out. WORKSMART did it quickly and efficiently.

Once again the team at Worksmart Roofing have done an excellent job very happy with the work done on my extension. They replaced the felt roof with a new rubber roof very happy with them. Will definitely use again

The company visited and gave a quote of around £500 to clear moss.
On the day of the job, they said the roof was in need of repair and initially quoted £24,000, subsequently reduced to £17,500. We said no as funds for this were not available.
We asked them to clear the moss from our extension, which they agreed to.
Next thing we know, the two men have got in their vehicle and left.
Awful, disgusting and dishonest.
Avoid at all costs.

Owes me money for work i did for him, doesn't answer his phone call or respond any more. Will be reporting him to trading standards if he doesn't pay.

Work Smart sorted a roofing problem for us, quickly and efficiently.

Communication was excellent from the company. We agreed at each stage what would happen in the time frame and the progress was checked daily.

Workers were polite and friendly at all times and considerate of us and our neighbours. They made sure that we were happy with the work that was taking place and did a thorough tidy and clean at the end. I would recommend Work Smart for its efficiency, thoroughness and friendliness.

Called Carl Morris 3 times and he gave me a personal assurance that he would come and see the job. We waited in at the scheduled time, but he never came.
Untrustworthy, would not use him or any company that he advertises with.

I speak of my experience…
I’ve had a recurrent wet patch on a bedroom wall since buying my house six years ago. Over this period of time, three roofers had offered solutions-all pointing to the chimney stack being the source-mortar, lead and latterly, a broken cap. After prolonged episodes of heavy wind and rain, the patch always reappeared and now patches on the ceiling were evident. I phoned three roofers. Only Work Smart returned the call and booked a time to come and assess the issue. After looking at the internal damage, a live video was taken of the roof with tiles lifted along one gulley (my roof is side on to my terraced house). Inadequate overlapping of tiles, breaking down of stained wet membrane, no block to the rush of rainwater going under the bottom row of tiles- all pointed to inferior work paid for by previous owners of the house. I accepted the fair, average quote based on three others. The roof was immediately secured against incoming storms with temporary waterproofing on 24th November. Scaffolding was erected two days later. On 27th, supplies were delivered, tiles removed and good quality waterproofing secured the building against further heavy rain expected over the next few days. On Monday 1st December, in drizzly rain and winds, a six man team worked flat out to finish the job- limiting rain ingress-tiling and clearing up materials as they went. I was kept informed by live videos and phone calls from beginning to end. Carl and his hard working, friendly, personable team were efficient and gave me no cause to doubt their ethics or work standards. Eight days after quoting, delayed by material sourcing, team rescheduling and bouts of very heavy rain, my roof was finished and site cleared (bar scaffolding which took another week due to conditions).
Despite more ‘weather’ my wet patch is now a dry stain and I have every confidence, at last,
in a roof that can cope with the worsening of weather to come.
Work Smart advertise their presence with orange vans, uniforms and are proud of the work they do.

We have just had Carl and his team remove spray foam from our bungalow roof. He managed the project from day one with a very large team of professional roofers. It all went very smoothly with excellent communication at every stage. The workmen arrived on time each day and have done an excellent job removing the foam, replacing the old leaking membrane and leadwork, leaving our home clean and tidy. We have no difficulty recommending his company.
