Unfortunately this subscription box just isn’t worth the money anymore. I used to love the books and wine selection but the book selection has been going downhill this last year.. so I’m paying £32+ for a bottle of wine and a book I won’t read. The box needs more stuff in it and the book selection needs to be looked at and improved.

The wines and the books are decent.

My only gripe is that you can't track the deliveries. I live in a flat, and delivery drivers often dump parcels in the public hallway. This is particularly annoying when a parcel has "Words with Wine" written across it in bold letters, because it's more likely to get stolen than a blank parcel. And when you can't track the delivery a theft is even more likely.

Such a great gift for someone who loves a good book with a fabulously paired wine! Would defo buy again.

Love having a little treat for myself every month. The wine is usually yummy and the book choices are interesting.

I ordered in December as a one of treat to myself - I was so pleased with the book and the wine. Highly recommend if you enjoy a good read and a good bottle!

I bought a subscription for my husband as I thought the mix of wine and a book each month was an interesting concept. The logistics and admin were spot on, timely with efficient delivery. The book choice was disappointing though, with six books despatched from the chick lit genre. It is just not his thing and the lack of variety in the monthly picks meant little variety to peek his interest. A broader pick of subject matter and genres could extend the appeal of this club which is clearly very well run.

Love this idea! Bought as a bi-monthly present for my birthday and it is always a surprise when my treats arrive. The books are fairly easy reads but I have tried some genres and authors new to me and the same can be said of the wine - some interesting selections.

Received it in a timely fashion. As it was for a Christmas present the packaging was basic especially for the price . I opened the cardboard box expecting a nice presentation one and the packaging inside paper / straw went everywhere.

I absolutely love my subscription to Words with wine.
Every month i receive a well packaged FULL sized bottle of delicious wine and a fantastic read.
I was so sceptical on how it would arrive when i first signed up! Worried it would be cracked or damaged.. Nope!
I love that you can opt for White/Red/Rose or just White/Red and so on… so its suitable for all wine lovers!
And to top it off you get little cards for food pairings, about the book/author and the wine itself!

I came across Words With Wine when looking for a wine and book subscription box as it came to mind and I wondered what was out there. I love wine and reading, so pairing them sounded brilliant. I found several places offering boxes but loved Words With Wine. I placed a subscription for both myself and my mum and we were both so impressed at the packaging, the information cards for both the wine and book, and of course - the book and bottle of wine. We're really looking forward to receiving our August box. I've also had to reach out to Anna on IG with a query and she was so helpful and friendly. I love being able to support small businesses, so I'd highly recommend Words With Wine for anyone that loves wine and reading.

The wine surprised us and we served it with the suggested food and it went down a treat.

4 months in and my wife loves it.

The gift arrived on time, was gratefully received and the wine was drunk and the book read. The wine was very nice.
