Quite expensive, but overall satisfied with what they offer. If you purchase the base plan, there isn't much you can do with customization, and most of the features require upgrades, which is a bit a... See more

Great support! I am a beginner in CMS and the Support team offered really fast help. They also offered to assist with building my website, which I thought was really helpful. Thank you!

Wordpress support has truly gone above and beyond for me. What I requested for was for support to simply restore my site after it was accidentally deleted but Arun (the happiness engineer) went a step further and audited my website and gave me tips on how to optimize it and such. I wholly recommend wordpress for its wonderful support team.

Utterly useless do not recommend at all. Now been locked out of my account for 2 days to contact them you have to log into your account so obviously I cannot contact. Filled out the account recovery form 4 times they say they'll send an email but it never arrives. Contacted them on all social sites they never responded. Having to contact the bank to see if I can claim money back. Wasted my time building a website I now cannot use AVOID

I have my site up there and I can edit the text and add images. Subs are easily taken care of, and I can see wider traffic stats. I'm disappointed that I can't for the life of me, adjust the format to be mobile screen friendly.
No idea why you're asking me for a date of my experience. This question makes no sense. My site has not existed for ONE day only. Your survey is stupid. Did someone get paid for this?

I’ve used WordPress for many years. For the most part it is easy and user friendly, although at times some of the plugins are confusing. However, customer support has never let me down when I ply them with my many questions.

Wordpress has made it possible for non-techie people like me to create a professional-looking website. My website looks good on any device. Wordpress has more features than I'll ever use, and provides excellent value for money.

I battled with figuring a lot of the stuff out - like the Navigation bar

I have had the free plan for some time now, for a little personal blog. I decided to move to their paid plan to transform my blog into a business site. The pro features are pretty nice! I am no expert, but I still find it easy to use :)

It is not very user friendly. I got frustrated and just stopped trying to improve my development. I do plan to revisit and try again.

Not easy to build website with your overwhelming options, sometimes less and simpler is better.

Minimal to no coding required to use this plugin. Extremely easy to extrapolate reviews from other platforms (Google and Airbnb in my case).

I like the capabilities and the plugins to be used. I enjoy it a lot for my business page. my deduction of a star is because wordpress used to offer a customizable blog URL and it doesn't seem to be an option anymore which is disappointing.

When porting old blogs over to your account, they come in as individual posts with no cohesion, and I have to go through all of them again and piece them together with all the dozens of pictures that I had with each article in the place that I wanted those photos to be.
It was not as advertised. I have yet to piece all those articles together from when I was in Vietnam in 2007. Nor those when I was in Cuba in 2009.

Very comprehensive website options. Intuitive interface, given how complex the website options were.
Plans are pricey though, probably more affordable for businesses rather than individual student hobbyists.

WordPress is user-friendly and easy to get a hang of. It'll enable you to put up and operate a professional and efficient website, with all the tools and plug-ins needed to get your brand to the next level.
