I've been using the free version of Wordfence for WP which is far more than enough for my simple WP site.
Due to a mistake on my side I made a reqquest to the support service on Jan 2nd and it didn't took more than 2 hours to get an accurate and very polite answer which helped me to sort out my issue.
What a great service for a great product.

They helped me for years, and when it was time for me to wrap up my business they were absolutely amazing when I forgot to cancel my subscription soon enough!

Thank god I chose Wordfence!

Contest: I am building a website for our company hosted in BlueHost. I am still not 100% expert I have to say so I made mistakes at the beginning, the first one was not clearing the whole directory and databases already existing.
Turns out there was a malware on the directory, and months later after building the website it broke everything, I even had no access to it.

I got in touch with Bluehost and they offered me to buy a package with their partner, which I won't name. At first I agreed.. They told me they would call, day passed and nothing. I tried to contact them directly, multiple times.. nothing. I came to check on TrustPilot and the reviews were horrible, terrible support center, super slow and they weren't solving problems.

So.. I searched for other solutions and I found Wordfence. The online feedbacks were super positive so I got in touch with the sales department asking how to proceed. They answered IMMEDIATELY. In a couple of hours we exchanged something like 10 emails where they explained me what to do and how to proceed.
I purchased the service, I gave them access (They were supporting me and guiding me through it, with quick answers by email) and in literally 24 hours our website was free of malware, up and running again.
Not only that, they sent me a 47-page report telling me what happened, and the immediate task to perform to make sure our website is now completely safe.
When I had some troubles performing some tasks, Wordfence team did it for me.

The service offered from BlueHost took more than a week of multiple contacts to solve nothing, while Wordfence solved my problems wuthin 3 days from my first email (With weekend in between).

Wordfence just found a client for life.

Moved to Wordfence plugin as soon as appeared on and in the Wordpress.Org repository!!

The Wordfence free plugin once activated checks your Wordpress Website "out the box" and amazingly it is free.

Any WordPress Website Setup, WordFence is always my first plugin to install and activate as works outstandingly well.

The Pro / Prem Version is also a good option so upgrade today before the price hits another high

I emailed support with an error that I had created and support fixed it promptly.

After my website was hacked a number of years ago I started my subscription to Wordfence. I have had zero issues since then. Their paid subscriptions are well worth the price because their support is outstanding! I receive regular reports of IP addresses (and locations) attempting to gain access to my admin area and they are all automatically blocked.

Ever since sites I administered were hacked by some scammers, I have used Wordfence to defeat and repair damage by those with ill intent. I have never had any issues with them, and their service has been impeccable and timely. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Wordfence gives us protection and the peace of mind that comes with it, AND great service!

I had a Premium license attached to a website I was no longer managing. I needed to know if I could retrieve the license for use on a different website that wasn't ready right away. Tiffany T. was able to show me that all that was needed was to click reset and the license would then be detached from the original website and ready to attach to my new website when I was ready. Timely, knowledgeable and patient. Great job!

I love this service. These guys have protected my website since 2018. They've even helped me out when both my mailing service and my hosting provider broke something on my website. They definitely go over and above expectation. Props to Phil. He's awesome.
