Lots of notice, good communication from Mark (NIMF) who arrived right on time, was courteous, friendly and patient in explaining what he had done and what needed to happen. Excellent service. Mark deserves a raise!

Cameron the engineer attended promptly on the date agreed. We had been without hot water and he immediately analysed the problem as requiring a new pump. He conducted further checks as he wasn't totally happy with the operation and in total changed the mother board and chip. He explained this to me with patients and clearly. He worked efficiently and engaged with my wife and I with kindness. When complete the work area was left tidy. I am very grateful to Cameron for sorting this issue and ensuring the future efficiency of our boiler.

He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His workmanship was excellent, and he left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.

After booking this appointment, I was kept informed at every opportunity of exactly when the engineer was going to arrive, fantastic service, you are not hanging about all day. Tim (04TH) contacted me when he was 15 minutes away so I could ensure I was there to meet him. Felt at ease straight away as he introduced himself and got on with the job in hand. He was the perfect gentleman and made a fantastic job of mending the boiler. Took his time to ensure everything was in working order and cleared up before leaving the premises, even took the rubbish with him, what more could you ask for. After my 14-year-old Worcester Bosch boiler was condemned, I needed a replacement as quickly as possible. I searched online for Worcester Bosch and came across the FastTrack service. I'm really glad I did.

As I was looking for a fast, efficient and cost-conscious way to replace my boiler, the FastTrack service appealed to me. The online portal was straightforward and easy to use. After submitting my details and photos, I was contacted by Laurence from the FastTrack team. He was polite, friendly helpful, explaining the process. It was confirmed that a accredited installer would be in touch to arrange the installation.

Everything happened exactly as promised. The installer and his team arrived when they said they would, were friendly, professional and courteous throughout, and completed the installation to a high standard.

Fast and friendly. Specified the same boiler type and size as the broken one 9 years younger. Removal and Installation was straight forward complete in 5 hours not 7-8 hours as planned installer was very surprised.
