Borderline Theft
Horrible customer service. I acknowledge I made a mistake in not canceling a subscription BUT they refuse to refund the fee for a service they know I do not want, that they didn't email notify a subscription was about to renew and for a website that no longer even exists. Borderline theft hiding behind policy. Beware.
