I have only started knitting this sweater but the yarn feels lovely. Packaging was PLASTIC FREE. They forgot to add my knitting needles, but the email response was SUPER QUICK and was credited immediately. The product does become wee bit expensive when converting to Aussie dollars, but I really think its great to be able to reduce fast fashion and walk around in something you have created yourself. This is my first purchase from Wool and the Gang and even though the postage took a while to get to Australia - I will be purchasing again once I finish this sweater :)
