Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is their customer service is decent and made the cancellation no hassle. But I don’t recommend them at all. You will just wait a month still awaiting ship info.

If I could give less stars I would...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! When dealing with woodstack, I received a pair of knock-off Adidas Forum Lo's with strap. Just hope you are satisfied with the fakes they send you because if you try to send them back for a refund they won't give you your money back. Be aware of sneaker prices that seem to good to be true. Or releases you don't see on legit sites that they just happen to have inventory of on their site. PURE SCAM. Stay away from Woodstock.

My experience was great. I was kind of skeptical at first because some of the reviews were not so great, but they were one of the only distributors that had the boots i was looking for. It turns out they delivered in a timely matter and boots look good.

Though Woodstack is legit after reading reviews about them I was hesitant to order. I saw many negative reviews about shipping and refunding. But I ordered and my experience was different. That's not to minimize others experiences, but mine was smooth. I ordered and received my shipment in 3 days.

Spent $20 return shipping a pair of shoes so I could exchange for a size down which they instructed me to do. I never got the exchange so I just burned $20 sending them product back

Ordered a pair of shoes, never received a shipping confirmation. Reached out to customer service who said I would received the shoes, never did. Reached out again, never heard back.

DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order elsewhere. I will be contacting my credit card company to resolve this issue. I was charged three weeks ago and have yet to receive my order.

The brick and mortar stores are fine but the online store is totally separate and not good at all. Ordered a North Face jacket for my son for Christmas. After 1 week it never shipped. I inquired and I was told that the jacket would ship the next day. The next day the order was cancelled and a week later my money refunded. Although it wasn't an ordeal to get my money back it was a total waste of time and now I can't get the jacket.

Should have listened to the other reviews. They cancelled my order only AFTER I reached out to check on the status 4 days after placing it. Be aware that your order may not be fulfilled and proceed with caution.

Pretty cool and clear website, bought oreos, pretty good!

they have good sales on shoes that I usually get. won raffle only 1 time last year from them

I wish I could give this store a negative 200 took my money shipped one of two shoes in a box with a receipt stating two shoes. Box couldn’t even fit to shoes inside. Sent the pics they asked for as if I was lying and have sent unanswered emails. I have called and gotten someone on the phone who lied about shipping my order and sending me a shipping confirmation. They’re playing with people’s hard earned money.

i was waiting for 5 days and had to write a follow up email regarding my order only to find out it was cancelled days ago.

thanks for the refund though.
