Title: Dangerous Faulty Trailer – No Support from GM Classic and Sportscar Ltd / Aquila Truck Centres & Woodford Trailers

I purchased a Woodford Autocruiser 2025 trailer from GM Classic and Sportscar Limited (also trading as Aquila Truck Centres, based at The Hill, Sandbach CW11 1JJ), and the experience has been both dangerous and deeply frustrating.

From the start, the trailer has been faulty. It tows terribly – unstable, erratic, and feels like having a washing machine violently bouncing around in the boot of your car. It sways excessively, handles poorly, and makes every journey stressful and potentially dangerous. This is absolutely not acceptable for a road-going trailer.

Despite raising these serious issues with the reseller, I have received no meaningful support or solution. Both GM Classic and Sportscar Ltd and the manufacturer, Woodford Trailers, have failed to take responsibility or offer assistance in resolving the fault. Their complete lack of accountability has left me with no choice.

I am now being forced to take legal action against both the reseller and the manufacturer to seek a resolution for what is clearly a defective and unsafe product. No customer should have to go through this just to get a basic level of safety and support.

I strongly urge others to avoid this trailer and these companies. Don’t take the risk — both with your money and, more importantly, your safety on the road.

The ultimate worst experience I have ever had with buying a product. The trailer I bought could not hold at all to what the trailer was stated to be able to carry. They ignore the inquiries from my supplier. Now it has been 3 months since I bought my trailer and still nothing has happened. DKK 50,000 wasted. Without a doubt the worst experience.

Picked up my new trailer last week.
absolutely first class service and hugely impressed with the build quality ( and value for money)
I can safely say I will be a repeat customer.
( the workforce went the extra mile when my RRover light plug played up as well bravo!).

We are Dealing with Woodford trailers for in excess of 10 years
Excellent Company to deal with ( from time to time we needed help and Jolanta and Co were so forth coming and help full )
There is nothing mechanical that does not have some issues but from our experience Woodford transporters far exceed there competitors
Woodford are fantastic trailers and we never had any issues we have covered many 1000 miles with the various models I have had over the years
So Pleased are we recently purchased 2 new trailer's from them

Everyone at Woodford have been great. They sorted a problem that I had out very quickly. Trailer is just amazing. super light and tows amazing.
