Great products, NOT so great customer interaction, short and curt and aggressive
I Recommend with Caution.
A: They do make great product.
B: They do what they can within their capability
C: They generally have good turn around time
below is definitely my impression.
Their customer interaction is NOT at all Stellar as some reviewers make them out to be.
ESPECIALLY when you are single order customer, and NOT a big order school/organization.. even if that single order customer has done multiple business with them.
PH is run by human, and there are human errors and conditions that put them in a bad mood.
when they are in bad mood, the communication becomes very short and aggressive.
Be AWARE that it does happen. and if you are OK with it, your purchase experience will be wonderful
if you are not ok with it, then at lease you are forewarned that they are NOT the best at the customer interaction, specially if they are in a crunch, and if you are small order individual and not the high volume buyer.
I would say how each customer judge that side of PH as a business is totally up to the individuals.
here's my experience so far, as this is on-going story, how it ends up is totally up to PH at this point.

ordered on 12/17/19
was told on 12/26/19 that production will happen in 4 weeks
Quote: "Um, thats a custom cut piece I will fit into my machine schedule. Its likely to be another 4 weeks."
on 1/27, 33 days or 4weeks and 5 days later (since 12/26/19), and after 3 emails, was told will go to production on the weekend (02/01 sat and 02/02 sun)
Quote:"They have just not made my cutting rotation yet. I'm expecting late this week as we get some stock layed out."
on 02/03 email, no response
on 02/04 email response, was told
Quote: "not done yet. may be next week"
on 02/04 phone conversation specified it will be made available next week (week of 02/09 through 02/15).
Quote: "I'm sorry you had to be on the short end of the stick"
on 02/10 email to ask for status update.
no response.
on 02/11 email to ask for another update information. sending all the above as back ground information.
received ONLY the following reply:

no other communication. very short and curt.

upon calling them (immediately after the curt reply I got in my email), again, the first words out of the PH was " I'd be glad to cancel the order". no explanation. nothing.
keep in mind, up to this point, all I did was ask the status of the order.
my typical email to PH is
"can you please let me know what the status of the order is? Thank you for your time."
which I don't believe should warrant the kind of short, curt reply from PH.
upon further communication, and after PH had time to VENT their frustration against me over the phone, I finally found out that their machine broke down few days ago.
WHY THEY COULDN'T JUST LET ME KNOW THAT WHEN I EMAILED ON 02/10 is beyond me. instead, they igonored my email, and when they received my second email almost 24 hours later, to come back with
Quote:"i'll happly cancel the order."
without any explanation.

I am not canceling order, as I waited this long. and I do understand and can have loads of sympathies for the trouble(s) PH may be going through.
I've been very patient and I'd be happy to wait as PH does make good product. as I am returning, and repeat customer.
with that said, I hope PH become aware that HOW they interact with their small time customer does leave different and LASTING impressions, and often times, it is dependent on small detail like common courtesy, or lack there of.
