Very disappointing.
In 2021 I bought one of their one handed clamps, on their website they claim it comes with a ten year guarantee, The clamp has recently failed and I emailed them to ask how I should proceed to get it replaced or repaired. It's now 2 weeks since I sent the email and I have had no response.
I guess it's easy to promise a ten year guarantee if you have no intension of honouring it, why not make it 20 years?
