I have been looking at the Wolf and Badger ads on socials for years. I have been taking screenshots and saving them to Favourites for years. But I never ordered anything because I assumed that it was too good to be true. But last week, a stunning sequinned suit from Offure caught my eye and I finally took the plunge and placed my first order. What I ordered is what I got. Beautifully packaged. And so fast! I live in New Zealand so I was quite prepared to wait a few weeks for my package to arrive. And there it was a week later! The quality of the product itself is insane. I cannot recommend Ofuure or Wolf and Badger enough.

The service team was super responsive to my questions about a delayed order.

The necklace I ordered was lost in the post and I had issues tracking it online. Wolf and Badger made sure to contact me and we're a great connection point between myself and the supplier. They even had the CCTV in the warehouse checked for the item, although unfortunately it was classified as missing after exhausting all options. Jannina was the customer service representative that assisted in my case and was amazing at keeping me up to date and providing a friendly service. As of today, I am waiting for the item still but am assured I have a replacement on the way from the supplier. I look forward to receiving. Thank you Jannina.

Betty from the team went above and beyond to help try to track down my missing package, contacting the shipper on my behalf, sending me updates, and ultimately arranging for a replacement when the package was totally MIA. Thank you SO much, Betty, for helping make a disappointing situation so much more bearable, and finally arranging for me to successfully receive the item I had ordered originally. Sent wrong item on error. Emailed customer support. They replied and asked for photo evidence! I replied with a photo and have heard nothing since. Not impressed as you can imagine. Still have wrong item and not heard from anyone.

Precious from Wolf & Badger went above and beyond to resolve my query. She spoke with the designer on my behalf and came back to me with multiple sugestions on how to resolve me query super quick. Love Wolf & Badger, ordering from abroad is never an issue and delivery is prompt.

I ordered two pairs of shoes but only one arrived. I only noticed this after a month that I was still waiting on one pair of shoes. I contacted W&B and they were on the case immediately and issued me a refund and £10 off my next spend.

I love the outfit and it is unique. Fast delivery and good service.
