Extremely Disappointed – No Communication, No Delivery
I ordered four customised Tonies back on 11th July 2025, paying around £125. When I first placed the order, communication seemed fine and the seller appeared reliable, with great reviews on Etsy. Unfortunately, since then the experience has been nothing short of terrible.
Despite reaching out multiple times—via Etsy, their website, email, and Instagram—I have received no response at all for over two months. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, especially as these items were meant for my autistic daughter’s birthday on 6th September.
It is incredibly disappointing to be left in this situation, having to open disputes through PayPal and Etsy just to try and get answers. What should have been a special and joyful gift has turned into unnecessary stress and hassle, just a week before her birthday.
Terrible customer service, no updates, no accountability. I trusted this shop based on the reviews, but sadly, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
