The biggest flaw here is 1% charge on every transaction even though we are sending money inside webmoney wallet. also withdraw in crypto wallet fee is really high

The payment system has become completely useless - not a single store or service works with it anymore.

STOOPID, BAD UI UX, BAD VERIFICATION METHOD.

It used to be the best payment system, but now it no longer provides the same quality service.

The application is very difficult to navigate but I was able to transfer and withdraw money successfully

Fraudulent payment system I do not recommend, They refuse service without reason
Accounts are blocked,
without the possibility of withdrawing funds.
The system is located in Belize where there is no jurisdiction.

If anything happens, it will be impossible to go to court.

They deleted my data and now they demand to pay 10 WMZ. The site is not convenient, you have to fill in a lot of things, and then they delete it all.

This app is terrible even for Russians. Very inconvenient design. First they say that your data is enough, then they ask you to verify your passport, mobile phone and everything, then to make a selfie with your passport, etc. Finally, they promised to take 5% commission and took 40%! Please don’t use this app if you don’t want to lose your money.

It’s probably the worst browser app, and mobile application I have ever used

To upload the passport, I had to Log In to the app 37 times (!) in a span of 30 minutes.

This Webmoney wallet seems to be a scam, I used the wallet to receive payment from one of my online jobs, now I want to transfer my funds to PayPal. It's one problem after the other, it's just impossible. I wrote them so many times asking for help, there is no response, not even once. The app is just too complicated for non Russians. The app is in half English and half Russian, I don't understand how it works.

Thieves, after making deposit to transfer, it showed successful but it did not reflect in my balance, tried to contact their support but they did not respond I had to report to Rose Lane GP

I would NOT recommend WebMoney. I first discovered WebMoney a couple days ago on Binance P2P, wondering why people were offering +20% for cryptos. So, I gave it a try and spent the day figuring out this Russian website. I could go in depth, but I'll try to sum it up: Everything on there seems to be marked up ~20%. So, if you deposit crypto to there, you could essentially sell it for +20%. But there is no way to get it out without losing ~20%. So, essentially, it's been worth the same. I should note that, I did successfully deposit and withdrawn money from there (not a large amount) with no problem. The website is not completely useless, hence the two stars. But it is a horrible site. Horrible to navigate and use. I would be careful of the fees and rates while working on this site. Better yet, there are much better alternatives.

BIG SCAM
Payed for a website registration, they took the money, send a invoice but nothing happens. No reply of support email.

They captured my money, now their support recommends me some currency exchange sites, what a shame , as far away from them as possible !!!!

I am online high stokes poker player. I often use Netteller, Skrill and Webmoney. I have very bad experience with web money. They stoled my funds 310 dollars. I sent several emails to them but they never respond .Now I completely lost my account also.

Lowest quality Customer Support. When paying something in crypto to them, they don’t see your transaction, you should write to them directly on email to resolve transaction issues. They can’t do anything correctly, everything with errors. This Estonian company deserves no clients!

Honestly I like it a lot and have never had any problems with it, fee is a bit high but it's alright. Honestly we money is just like any other wallet app just contains much more security and that I do like :))

I tried two times to send money to my WMZ Purse without luck. 10$ seems lost.

The UI is complicated and a simple function can take up to 5 menus, I should've read exactly which different country it accepts because my country is not supported on the Bank Transfer Systems, so there we go, 300$ stuck in my purse
