Fantastic experience having a new Remeha Tzerra Ace-Matic CW5 installed
I had a Remeha Tzerra Ace-Matic CW5 installed yesterday by WK Duurzaam, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Chris who came for the initial consultation showed great knowledge and care, and he was always available by phone to answer questions about the quote and to discuss the various options.
There was also a very quick turnaround between accepting the offer and the planned installation date - less than a week, in fact!
The engineers who arrived on the day were exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and provided a very simple solution for a complex problem due to the way my house is constructed. The original flue goes through three floors to the roof which would have required extensive destructive work to my stairwells. Instead, they used a concentric pipe that goes to the front of my house via the route of the original air intake pipe (same floor).
Not only was this a much better solution, but it resulted in a reduction of my quote by €1400 (without me even asking).
I'm a very happy customer and will now go ahead and use WK Duurzaam again for installing a new Brink Flair ventilation unit!
