best watch strap ever, fast mini holes in rubber make it adjustable as day gets hotter or cooler. efficient delivery, good prices and quality. ordered many different ones, even the chain or section ones all good and easy to remove links as needed yourself at home.

Unfortunately the band I chose didn't fit me so I asked for a refund. Emily worked with me, and extended a full credit to purchase a replacement, allowing me to keep the original band as well. I am very impressed with their customer service.

Everything has been great....the product, the selection, the shipping, etc. Unfortunately the band I chose didn't fit me so I asked for a refund. Emily worked with me in an incredibly warm, friendly and caring manner to replace it with another band at no charge to me while allowing me to keep the original band as well. I am awaiting the replacement band now but I am so very impressed with the customer service that I received. Emily is a true gem!!

I’m very happy with the products and service of WIZEBAND. I like the range of watch bands as they have some different ones to other companies. They were also delivered promptly and the price was reasonable. I’m happy to buy again if needed.

I ordered a size that was too big, but Wizeband was very helpful and always responded quickly to email questions. I was able to keep the watch strap and order a new one, and I only had to pay the shipping costs.

I bought five watch bands and two face covers. The watch bands are beautiful and easy to change so my Apple Watch always looks great with my outfit.

Great customer service. Quality product. I have several of these bands and love them. Got a new one which required adjusting and had issues with the tool. They sent me replacement tools and the proper instructions and it all worked. Would definitely keep buying from them

I purchased watch bands from this company and the quality and valued is not what they advertised so I requested a return and it was denied.
Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere as this company is not what they advertise and their return policy is not what they state!

I cannot wear any metals due to a metal allergy. The Straton and the Roxann stretchy nylon bands are perfect for my wrist and oh so many choices. I have been wearing mine for two weeks and the stretch is holding and not stretching out. I purchased two and I plan to buy more!!!

I had an issue with the wrong strap being sent. Emily was brilliant with my query and dispatched the correct band which arrived today.

Not an American company - it appears to be a Chinese company masquerading as American. Nothing is made in USA. If you buy, it will be shipped from China as they can’t be bothered to place inventory in the US. Address in Wyoming is a head fake. Chat service is fake - they never responded to my request for help. I won’t buy again.
