They used to have really good customer support, now they do it by email and I think AI, that cannit handle even the simplist problem and takes forever to reply

Absolute rip off and pile of junk, don't go anywhere near these rip off idiot's. Nothing works and you can't contact anyone. Hate people like this just keep away. 😡😡

If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Ordered the box because it was 80% off, making it roughly $75CAD after shipping and taxes. I paid for express shipping, which was supposed to take 5-8 days. 26 days later, I received a bubble wrap envelope instead of an actual box of items, inside the bag was nothing but a cheaply made (read knockoff) wand, and a super small, badly made marauders map. The wand was cracked and painted the wrong colour, supposedly it was Harry's wand (couldn't tell I swear). It took 6 service tickets just to get one back. Don't go anywhere near this absolute trash company.

They deserve negative stars. They are a complete scam. They charge you, never send anything, then send emails asking how you liked your order. The email address comes back as no deliverable. If you send a message through the site I got one response since. I notified my credit card as fraud. This company is run by pieces of garbage

I wish I could have given no star at all that would be more like being honest. But since I had to touch a star to leave a review. The box I have doesn’t work well at all and you take up so much time trying to see which download work and oh the so call customer support . Wowwwwwwwww nothing is a high mark to give to the man you call for support.

Total rubbish, all I can say

I did a lot of research before I bought this piece of $%$!, I could have saved myself 300 bucks and just bought a dam firestick instead. I read the reviews on THEIR site, which was my first mistake and anybody that gives this company a good review is either FAKE or works for them. They DONT deliver what they promise on their website. This is the biggest waste of $300 i EVER spent. This is what I go thru EVERY time I turn this thing on. I go to Terrarium and hit it, wait and wait and wait for it to decide to FINALLY go to the programs then it bounces me right back to terrarium, I go thru this for about 9 to 12 times before it decides to go to my favorites, so far I have wasted about 15 minutes of my time. I just want to watch my show and not have to wait or be aggravated to the point I want to take a hammer to this thing. Then when i get there and choose a show it starts to buffer and bounces me back AGAIN to the very beginning of terrarium.

After about 15 minutes of this aggravation i finally get to my shows, then I have to cross my fingers that I get a dam link that is open. Half the shows that I want dont ever have links. Oh u can pretty much pull up ANY show u want but good freakin luck getting a stream to play it.

As for movies that aren't playing in theaters yet, ANOTHER big fat LIE, o sure u can get the picture of the movie but once again NO link to play it. In fact right now i have been fighting for over 22 minutes trying to get a link to a season i have been watching ALL day, its the last episode in the season and i cant get an open link to save my life. Sometimes the thing buffers so bad I can even watch the show I chose or I have to go thru about 10 links before I get a good one that actually plays without LITERALLY buffering every 2 seconds, How can u enjoy a show that does this.

Sometimes it will show one program and when u go to play it, there is another show by a totally different name playing on it. There are NO instructions that come with this thing. I have had mine over a year and from the very first day i bought it have been fighting with it every since. Customer service is run by only ONE guy. Forget getting anyone to answer the phone u have to ALWAYS leave a message and hope they will call u back. I have waited as long as 2 days waiting for someone to call me. Good thing I had a smart TV so at least I still had my netflix and hula to watch.

You are constantly updating it and sometimes U have to call customer service because after the update the dam thing it doesn't work. I have spent as much as 2 hours with someone trying to get it back up and running.

For the money it should do EXACTLY what they promise it will do. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING THIS PIECE OF CRAP, GET ANOTHER STREAMING DEVICE OR STICK WITH CABLE!

Im sure after this review it will either be deleted or I will probably be banned from this site, but at least i had my say and hopefully can help one poor person save their money! 😠😠😠😠

First, I have been able to watch every single movie i've wanted to see over the past 10 years. I've never not been able to find a movie I wanted to watch. Sometimes it does freeze up and I have to start over from a different link.

With that said, this is not the way to go if you're looking for sports. I've not had much luck with that especially the NHL. About 25% of the time, I can't find a feed for the game I want. About 50% of the time the feed freezes up every few minutes. The last 25% I get the game but it's such bad quality that you can't even read the players numbers sometimes.

I've not had a problem with the customer service. They work with me for a long time and help me find what I'm looking for and answer questions that I have.

This is the worst company out there for a streaming box, all you do is keep on trying to watch it you have to try and find a provider out of a list of up to hundreds. At the same time they ARE NOT what they say they are, unless you want to go through all the above, as well as HORRIBLE buffering all the time. I would NEVER BUY this terrible box. Also, it takes for every to get, and don't expect them TO CONTACT you back. I WOULD rate this as low as you can for quality, or company support. NASTY. I think the attorney general will be notified about this from me. I am surprised they don't have a bunch of LAWSUITs.

Awful experience. Ordered box, took an age to deliver. Very complicated to set up, then lead wouldn't work. Got back to Wizard Box, who suggested I return it to them with no returns label? I asked if this was acceptable for faulty goods, they sent me a second address still with no returns label. I paid for the box to be returned with signature at other end. No communication other than sarcastic comments about thanking me for being patient???? Luckily I have purchased this box online and contacted my credit card people who said they would claim my money back for me. I returned the box around 4 weeks ago and nothing.

I had some problems initially, not great with technology. Contacted them and was sorted, never looked back!

The customer service team are very helpful, been watching the football in HD lately with there help, buffers very little and the movies and TV shows are amazing so much to choose from and such a good price

This company advertise WizardTVbox on Facebook. The state that the TV box can stream all live sport free.
The box is not fit for purpose. The box constantly freezes and buffers. The pictures are unwatchable. Any negative reviews are removed from their Facebook page. They also block you on Facebook if you criticise them. Very professional🙄
Anyone thinking of buying a box don't bother
