I dont know what is going on to be honest. Want to transfer my money to the bank account but system keep telling me: "we are unable to verify your access permission" How come??? If I login successfully and I answered correct to all of my secret question. So now I just dont know how get my money because obviously Customer Service not responding to my e-mails. Wirecard is a scam
Wirecard is a scam! My parents received this card as a refund for an AT&T final account and they do not provide adequate info to use the card. I wanted to transfer the balance to a US bank account as outlined in the materials --they say to go online to do this. They do not give a web address so I searched for hours on the sites listed on the materials & card. Called to get that information --would not give it to me--would only give it to my 98 YO father!! It goes on for days from here but this is a scam and shame on Wirecard & AT&T for refusing to simply cutting a check for the amount they owe my parents!!!

I have been trying to track down my money from 2018, and called customer service several times to find out whats going on, but I still haven't received any refund, in 2020.
They are telling me that they cannot contact Spectrum, just to verify my LAST NAME on the account. How do they work together if they cannot contact each other? I don't understand.
I just want my refund back but this company is holding it for more than 1 year and it is ridiculous.

I'm a crew member of a cruise line. Since April I've been trying to solve an issue where I can not withdraw my money. I'm in USA needing my money and I've call million times, going to bank million times to withdraw my money and nothing. I've been wasting my time and it's ridiculous.
They keep telling should be OK, issue has been escalated, wait 2 hours, call us back if you card is decline and we will help you. We'll Ive got no help. I'll be contacting the cruise line directly and say this is ridiculous, my money that I got working hard and I can not use.
Disappointing.

Predatory company, through and through.
Predatory company, no question about it. The customer help line they hang up on you and you can only get report lost or stolen card or balance info via the phone. The website does not work and won't allow you to sign in or to log in to transfer the funds to a bank account. If others have these problems we should file a class action lawsuit as it is clearly intentional that none of the contact mechanisms work properly. Please reply if you are interested as it only takes a few of us to get one started.

Worst company that I've ever dealt with, phone representative are completely incompetent the supervisor are useless. They don't have rushed mail service. My card got deactivated for just calling for general info i never gave them the ok to do anything went to the store and my card was declined no one notify me about this, I got a new card today i call to activate it they couldn't do it because some how again without my request they sent a second card now i have to wait more days to get it this is ridiculous,, I would not use or recommend wirecard services to anyone period.. worst experience!!

Where to start? First lets talk about the recorded message with prompts. You pick the prompt that says for Lost or Stolen Cars, and they answer every single time with "what is your card number".... HEY if my card is lost or stolen, I DO NOT KNOW THE NUMBER.... Next, I get someone on the phone, not one person, but two different calls - and each call somehow drops in that they "cannot" hear me when we get to the verification of my address. So I hang up and call back, only to wait on hold for amother 4plus minutes to speak to someone who asks my name and then the line goes dead. PS; I used two different phones on my end. My cell and my deskline. Now, I am on my fourth call(hold time this call 4plus min, by the way all calls were sequential) all in an attempt to find out if fraudulent charge was reversed yet, as I cannot get signed in on line, because I was locked out when reported it stolen. This is a nightmare, I hate WireCard, thanks VW, great pick. Yahoo, I am finally, answered, but again - I verify my name and address and then the woman starts HELLO...HELLO...HELLO... SO, FOR THE FORTH FREAKING TIME I HANG UP I WANT A PHONE CALL FROM A MANAGER 410-652-5627 MELISSA COLE 21234ZIP

Absolutely terrible!
My issue was I couldn't add a new recipient of global deposits even though I didn't reach the limit of three recipients. It kept logging me out after I filled out of the details of the bank account and accepted the terms and conditions.
Once I contacted them I got a generic email explaining how I should register my card (just FYI my card has been registered for 2 yrs and I have been using it without a problem before). Then when I responded back and asked for a better and individualized response instead of generic they responded that I should try using a different card (what???). As a response to that I have sent like 8 emails in the last 2 weeks and nobody responds. I am already late paying that global deposit and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and that is given I live in Central Europe!

Wirecard won't protect you with your purchase..
My company wants us to use this Wirecard. I have never had issue with disputing transaction with other card companies but this one. First, this is 2020 and they want you to send Dispute Form by faxing. Yes FAX. Second, I was told, they cannot help if the merchant does not want to refund the money that you purchased for the item that they never sent. Customer service person said: "but YOU made the purchase so we cannot do anything". Really? What kind of service are you offering? How can your customers feel safe about using Wirecard to make purchases? Citibank sold Wirecard and the service went down-hill.

I have tried numerous times to activate my card on line. It keeps giving me an error message. I then assumed I had already activated the card so I thrived to use it at three grocery stores and it continues to get declined. Help!

It is absolute crap I got a gift card from two computer component company and I can’t even get a hold of a rep. to activate my credit card. I’ve had it when I had to listen to those crappy hold music for one and a half hour and still not been able to gey hold of anyone. Fix this issue immediately or find me a way to get my money. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

I received a rebate card in the form of a Mastercard debit card for purchasing Goodyear tires - it never worked at any retailer and I could never get it registered - now its expired. So very disappointing that great brands like Mastercard and Goodyear get dragged down by their business partners....

This is THE WORST customer service and prepaid card service IVE EVER USED! It's been over a month since I've made my dispute. My funds weren't dispensed and I filed a claim against it. They've already charged the merchant company for that amount but will not release my funds to me. I've called several times and have been told the same thing several times. That it will take 30 to 45 business days which has already passed. Let alone I called them with the merchant company on the line that told them they are not defending the claim. They are still putting me on the back burner and not releasing my funds that THEYVE ALREADY CHARGED THE MERCHANT . WORST COMPANY EVER TO HAVE A CARD THROUGH! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY WORST ENEMY! STAY CLEAR AWAY.!
