The prices keep going up and the…

The prices keep going up and the service keeps coming down. This hotel used to be fabulous but now just seems to focus on how fabulous it can make the bill. The staff don't care about their clients, we have just experienced our second problem with a booking in less than a year that resulted in us having to book another hotel. Reception staff didn't care and offered no help with the problem. Don't be fooled by the flashy website, your welcome will be cool at best and positively disinterested as normal. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
