I lost 3k put some more bets on and had it up to 5500 they paid my 3k back and left me still down and didn’t reca dime of my winnings now they won’t message me back putrid people rip off scum they don’t let you do place bets and if you put a decent size bet on you have to wait for them to approve it sometimes they dont

Customer support terrible, very rude on chat and argumentative. hang up on the chat. stay away from them and first time i see a turn over more than the limit you have on your account

Easy to use app with a wide range of markets on sport and racing! Great promotions and odds. Definitely give them a go! :)

Tried opening an account and they sent a verification email saying my details don't match up and something about a credit reporting agency I have never heard of, something doesn't sound right with this betting agency I suggest you look elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. Dodgy tactics not inline with industry standard. Better options out there

They are running a scam program to scam innocent and unsuspecting customers. You can't withdraw funds after winning. In fact I've organised my lagal team for a dispute.

I tell you what I've been gambling for over 20 years been to all gambling sites won and lost money on them all..Thing I like about winners bet is Jack the lad is one of the best down to earth customer service operator you will get.
also if your a loyal customer he will always look after you been when the chips are down..

Got lured in by a deposit bonus offer. Had some winning bets. Then placed a double with both legs winning however the second leg had a rule 4 44c. Odds were 1.5 and should have paid 1.28 however they returned 0.81 so I lost money on this leg even though I won…. Go figure. I tried to dispute but awful experience. They provided some bs calculation that made no sense. When i tried to withdraw i had to go though a merry go around, providing documents that are never been required by other bookmakers. All this whilst my account was already verified. They then restricted my account. As someone else has said they are a bunch of crooks. STAY CLEAR!

These guys are unethical. They removed Best Tote from my account because 'I was betting on too many horses in each race'. If I'd have known they were going to do that I'd have invested in Sportsbet or somewhere else. They're not friendly at all either. They just do not care. I have now deactivated my account.

Bunch of crooks, If I could give zero I would. Refused to credit me a bonus bet even though it was advertised on my account. They just said it was up to them who they approve for promotions and they decided not to approve mine for no reason.

Made a few bets and won and they instantly restricted me and I could not bet on sports.
They said no reason given.
They won’t last long. They will go bankrupt or acquired. They can’t compete with the big players.

Had a 2 leg multi, 1 leg won, 1 leg was void. Initially they paid the bet but then when I withdrew my money my account went into the negatives and my withdrawal was refused. When I made contact via live chat i was told i was wrongly paid out. I tried to explain where there confusion had come from but they wouldnt listen, telling me I was betting with money that wasnt mine and then they just ended the chat and I couldnt start it again. I emailed them about there error and they wouldnt listen just telling me it was a losing bet. The next day I live chat them again with screen shots, it was like they didnt even look at my info and just told me it was explained to me yesterday. After some more back and forth they finally said they will look into it and 5 minutes later replied 'it's been fixed'. No sorry for not listening or anything just 'its fixed' and chat ended. Terrible company to use, no customer service and a cowboy at the head of the live chat section. Makes it near impossible to sort through any wrongly settled bets or issues. Dont use this company

Got screwed over by their ridiculous turnover requirements. I specifically searched their terms and conditions for said requirements beforehand and couldn't find anything so I just assumed there was none, they purposely make it hard to find and don't disclose it to you when they email you offers, etc.

I put money into an account and lost it all... I then put money into the account and won... I won twice the total amount that I had put in. As soon as I won, my account was locked... They made me send in my bank account statements that needed to be verified, along with all of my ID's etc by a lawyer or Justice of the Peace. They came back and said that they had "forensically determined" that I had multiple accounts. This can't be possible!!! As I don't... and I know everyone else who has had the same issue, had the same BS response. They want to refund me my original account deposits!

I am currently working with a lawyer to create a class action against this company to help out everyone who has been screwed by them. It's time we stood up to these dodgy companies and people who think they can do what they want.

Garbage website that's terrible to navigate with even worse odds. Literally suspended my account as I attempted to withdraw my money for no reason other than to prevent me withdrawing.

It’s the worst betting agency I’ve come across. Do you think they could find other ways not make one’s profit of their own money not considered turnover?? Even when you win they don’t want to give it back until it’s turned over, twice. That’s right, twice. And they counted their deposit bonus as the total that was to be turned over.. twice
