SCAM!!They don't pay withdrawals. I've been waiting for months, and when you contact their chat support, they always say they'll expedite your withdrawal, but they never do. They never reply to emails either. It's a scam. Don't play here; there are many other reliable casinos.
Stay away from Winhugo. I played on this platform and when it was time to withdraw my money, they restricted my balance and refused to pay my full funds. They operate under an Anjouan license, which offers absolutely zero legal protection for players if something goes wrong. Customer support is unhelpful and they use their Terms and Conditions as an excuse to block withdrawals. Do not deposit your money here, it is not a safe or regulated site
