As both a landlord and service provider I can honestly say this one of the busiest, cheerful and professional offices I've had the pleasure in dealing with.

Emma leads the way overall but a special mention to Annette and her lettings team as they are great representatives and do Wingetts proud. People don't often see behind the scenes, and from a landlord perspective I like the way they manage the properties whilst caring about the inhabitants and their needs. Perfect balance.

Wingetts Wrexham helped me sell my late parents home. Extremely friendly, efficient service throughout a challenging period. Very satisfied with their overall service. Fantastic team.

Discussing services I bought a perfect described antique wardrobe described by Wingetts when I received it it had a five foot hole in the back I called them there responded by saying. (( so what )) I have been taught a lesson do not buy out of rough auction rooms like Wingetts

I have used Wingetts in Llangollen and Wrexham for letting and the service I’ve had has been exceptional. The team are friendly, efficient and genuine people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have nothing but very high praise for Wingetts I let my flat from them and I had no trouble at all with them, nothing was to much trouble for them and they were excellent all round.

Absolute brilliant service from start to finish- efficient with our house sale, and with purchase of another. Would thoroughly recommend, the estate agents were helpful throughout the process and felt they went above and beyond.

Wingetts have been great from start to finish. Would recommend and will continue to use as I have done for 15 years.

They don't bother emailing you back - even to say the property is no longer available and if you bother to ring them to enquire about said enquiry, you're made out to be an idiot.

Have applied for viewings with wingetts since 2020 through email and call. Never a once received a reply from them.

Have made numerous attempts at viewing properties with them all to no avail can only assume its because I am not welsh.
They ignore all emails you send.

Completely inept service. Didn’t respond to my complaint and left us hanging on a property for over a week with minimal communication. Avoid if possible.

Terrible customer service,assured you’re the first to view a rental property yet two other viewers arrive before you,then let you apply for the property not having told you there have been other applications,then ringing you to tell you that you have to go back to branch for a refund as the other applicants were successful - communication and attitude of branch staff indifferent - and having now used other rental agencies it makes the lack of professionalism of Wingetts even more apparent. Poor show.
