Please order Jan 2026. They took my money. March 2026 they emailed to say they have to cancel the order because of Brexit. They said they would refund my money but have not done so. Now 24/04/2026 and I am trying to recover my money via Paypal and AMEX.

Ordered two wineracks in Nov 2025 which were due for delivery within 5/6 days. After several follow up emails, I was told that they were having financial difficulties so I requested a refund in January 2026. They agreed to provide the refund. Two weeks later, I followed this up, only to be told I should raise a dispute with the credit card company. Avoid.

I am satisfied with the service and products! I recommend it.

Please do not buy from this online company as they not only take your money upfront and not deliver the goods but do not respond at all, other than an automated email confirming receipt of your mail. There is no contact number on their website either so basically I have lost the £95 I paid for the wine! I will find the MD of that company and see if I can get a response from there!

Ordered two fairly basic wine racks in January. Delivery has been pushed back and back and is now expected September. They clearly have no control over their supply chain and should not be taking customers money.

Best avoided. I ordered a simple wine rack in January, expecting delivery within 4 weeks as promised on the website. Delayed to March then May and now I’m told it’ll be mid-June. They haven’t taken any payment to be fair but I think the company is circling the pan and is clearly incapable of obtaining the products they advertise. Best allowed to go bankrupt, Darwinian culling required. Will be cancelling my order.

Absolutely avoid. Claiming now in 'preliminary administration'. Total me my order from last August (which was permanently 8 weeks away) would now not be delivered without a 495 euro supplementary payment. Now think this is just a scam...

Ordered in September, got some of the products months later. After 7 months challenged them that their business model can't be sustainable.

They wrote back "preliminary insolvency proceedings have been initiated." I now have to go through a whole PayPal "claim my money back" thing in order to get the £300 i am due for undelivered goods.

I don’t normally write reviews but this has to be the worse company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs at they do not take your calls or respond to your emails. Ordered a number of wine racks nearly 2 months ago and still yet to arrive. No communication can be made with company. I urge you to choose a competitor to avoid any unnecessary stress or heartache. I would give zero stars if that was an option

I paid £25 for delivery which is already steep.

Instead of waiting the estimated 4 weeks it has now been 6 and I have just been told it may be another 6.

Do not buy from here.

Horrendous company. Paid them >£400 almost 4 months ago and they have still not delivered. I chase them regularly as they do not proactively update me on the order. They have not given any particular reason for the delay other tan "supply chain" issues. Not acceptable when delivery time on their site said 5-6 days. Clearly no one would order at the outset if it said >4 months delivery. Their failure to deliver has hugely impacted the renovation of one of our rooms which has been left half painted for 4 months. Would not at all recommend using this company.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company based upon my experience.
Basically their website is not correct and even though the stock information states an item is in stock you end up paying and recieving half the packages to be told that the outstanding items are not available and will be sent later. That was fair enough until 2 weeks turned into 8 months and the goods are still not delivered.
I would seriously avoid this company and choose other options if you have them as they cannot be trusted based upon my dealings with them.
They seem polite enough but an order in march that was placed in good faith that all items were available should not take 8 months to be delivered.

I didn't read these reviews before ordering two module grid wine racks. Had I read the reviews I might not have placed the order. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews because I am delighted with the wine racks which arrived today. They are exactly as described and they didn't rock up as a flat pack which was an unexpected bonus.

I don't understand the negative reviews of this company. I placed a significant order on 19 April. The estimated delivery time was stated to be three weeks. Having seen the terrible reviews here, and being concerned, I contacted the company (which responded promptly both then and thereafter). The wine racks did take until early June to be delivered because they had to be made, packed and customs clearance arranged but communication by the company was good. The product itself is excellent and I now have it all installed. By the way I have no connection with this company other than as a satisfied customer.

This is a scam company. Fraudsters. I ordered two racks with the the delivery time line of 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I chased them, because of no delivery, no communication, no nothing. I was told that the supplier has production issues and that it will take another 3 weeks. Now after 7 weeks I was told that the supplier advised them that it will take 3 more weeks. This is a fraudulent, criminal shell company of scammers.

Update: Another 4.5 weeks gone. Still no delivery or even a shipping notification. No response to emails. Nobody picks up the phone. No offer to refund me the money I paid when I ordered the items months ago. Time to take legal action against them.

This is 100% a scam. I ordered a winerack from them and it never ever came. i emailed and they never got back to me.

Placed an order considering 5/6 working days dwliery time and 3 weeks later still no news and no phone reply.

I placed an order on 15th September 2022 I have tried every day since to contact the company to discuss my order - the telephone lines say I’m ringing outside of office hours, several emails and messages and no response ! I really wish I had read these reviews beforehand ! Avoid avoid avoid !

Ordered a large cavepro wine rack, I did query the negative reviews over email prior to order and was assured it was due to shipping and supply issues and that the order would take several weeks to arrive (which suited me due to home improvements). The wait was reasonably long but Iam over the moon with the product that has arrived. It is good quality, well made and I love it
