Got two new wine displays from Cavarack. One was damaged during transport. But the service was amazing, got a new one without any charge. The quality is also very good! Can recommend it!

Cacerack is nice furnitures and I prefered burnt wood. Keepin order in my wine bottles and it's very nice looking.

Great product. Fullfill my expectations

Five stars for the wine fridge, two stars for delivery that took much longer than promised. The wine fridge looks great, has very nice lightning with many possibilities. The fridge has two temperature zones and can take 123 bottles almost regardless of the bottle size. This one has two temperature zones and keeps them well in required temps. Also humidity is kept between 50-70 %, which is not the case with many wine fridges without active humidity control. Very happy with it.

Very bad experience. After many mails and commitment from Wineandbarrels to ship the goods on demand (to be able to organize reception), goods sent without warning/communication and of course nobody to receive it. Given the price and the promise, does not fulfill at all. Very unhappy and do not recommend such a poor and basic shopper experience. Waiting how to see will be solved

Swift and smooth delivery!

Product arrived on time and quality was as expected for the price paid. Solid wood construction that will last….none of this flat-packed chip board material. Will definitely consider additional purchases from ‘Wine and Barrels’ when needed.

I live in Portugal. My son gave me for birthday present a Table Tower Vagnbys. Unfortunately, when trying for the first time there was some problem with the nozzle that was tilted and let some wine pass through. I sent an email to wineandbarrels.com with a photo and asking for a solution. The immediate answer was to acknowledge the problem and replacing the product free of charge. After a few days I received a new product, this time functioning properly. For me, this is a perfect example of a five star customer service.

Absolutely no UK after sales service. All was OK until the product had a problem (out of warranty). They were unable to suggest anyone in the UK who could repair the wine cooler. So buyer beware…

Anders was very helpful in answering my questions to see if the product was right for me (Winerex ELVIO - 10 flasker) and when I ordered it was delivered quickly and was of great quality.

Nice wine cooler at the right price. Features and measures perfect for our needs and to exactly fit in our kitchen.
The appliance packaging is super appropriate for long trip shipping (our destination Italy) with specific curriers.
Moreover the Wineandbarels customer service is gentle and efficient (Benedetta was caring constantly to monitor our order and delivery data). Highly recommended

Five stars is not enough for Wine and Barrels in Hilleroed, Denmark. Anders Clausen went out of his way to help find the right present for my brother for his 80th birthday. I live in Canada and my brother in Denmark. Anders had the present delivered on the day of the birthday and wrote and included a lovely birthday card on my behalf, decorated with Danish flags. Thank you Anders Clausen for your patience and fabulous service.

Fantastic Service. The fridge is amazing and really elegant. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Big call out to their customer service who picked up that I had dropped off at the payment stage and reengaged me. I was going to buy anyway but I thought that was cool. Plus follow up service has been spot on. Really speaks to a customer focused organisation. Now looking forward to filling it up with my favourite wines. Thanks wineandbarrels!!
