I’ve done commission sales with Windsor Vineyards for years. In 2024 I’ve sent them monthly orders of $2,800. I’ve not been paid since February and numerous calls and emails to the executives and managers have not gotten anywhere. The company acts like they are going broke! If I was a supplier to this company I’d insist on getting paid up front!!

Deborah Rust was excellent she is a professional who loves her job and it shows in her quality customer service! She has helped me design labels for our wines for our corporate board members this holiday season. She made the process smooth and was a joy to work with!

Terrible company. Didn’t deliver the Christmas gift I ordered. Shipper lied said it was delivered, it never way. Said they attempted to call they never did to make delivery. Dates they attempted were lied about and eventually they sent it back. I contacted the company and lady had me in tears very mean to me. Then they just charged me for the return almost as much as the order cost over $20 with no invoice or explanation of the charges without even trying to look into the discrepancy from the shipper even though I have proof. Very hurt very disappointing.

I had the great experience of working with Deborah Rust to select the perfect wine gift for my sister and husband. Deborah developed a beautiful personalized wine label that I know will be a thrill to all. Thanks Deborah for your help and guidance.

I have been working with Deborah Rust for several years. She has helped me design labels for our wines. She is an excellent sales person who is always professional, courteous and helpful. We have even exchanged recipes that go with the wines I'm buying. She is a joy to work with!

This place is crap, I’d give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. Regardless of their justification or excuses they will come up with, this place does not support anything American, freedom or its defenders. What kind of place refuses to allow flags, badges, coats of arms or anything that resembles freedoms or those who defend it. I hope this place goes out of business since they clearly have no respect for the American dream or whose who fight for it!

I needed to order a case of various wines as a retirement gift and create a custom label. Deborah was the most helpful representative, so happy with my experience. She was everything that I needed, patient, persistent, persuasive and polite. I recommend ordering here if you are looking at multiple vendors. They do not disappoint. Thanks again!

For several years, we have purchased a case of wine with personal label to use as hostess gifts during the holiday season. The gifts are always a big hit, but I always had such a difficult time struggling with minimal computer skills to get our label “just right”. This fall Deborah Rust offered her expertise, and the label was “just right” so quickly….our order placed and en route in record time! As a business owner, I've spent a lot of time working with multiple vendors for various needs and corporate requirements. I must say, selecting Windsor Vineyards as the vendor to assist us with creating our customized employee holiday gift was a great decision! I worked directly with Deborah Rust and had an amazing customer experience. Deborah was very personable and took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted to achieve (she even gave more ideas around gift recipients that I hadn't even thought of!) I was referred to Deborah by a dear friend and couldn’t be more pleased. I worked with Deborah to design an etched bottle for a 1.5 Liter of Napa Cab for a school auction. She offered suggestions and was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, creative and had an all-around great personality! She was very patient and quick to respond; ultimately making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to create a design for my wine bottle.

I needed a unique gift for my newly-married granddaughter. Anything taking up space was a ‘no-go’ because they live in an apartment in San Francisco. Then I recalled the amazing experience I had with Deborah Rust when I worked with her to design wine for hubby’s brother on his birthday, where we incorporated an old photo of the 2 young boys. Once again, I told her the $ amount I wanted to spend, she selected the wines and bubblies and created the labels using 2 photos of the couple (one engagement photo and one wedding). She is not only very experienced and knowledgeable about the wines, but is a dream to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Deborah! And the wines available are from 17 wineries. The personalized wine is a terrific, unique gift. Trust me on this!

I met Deborah Rust in a yarn shop in Chicago. As we started chatting, she told me about what she did for a living. One of the girls in the shop had received a gift from Deborah and commented how fabulous it was. I took Deborah's info - thinking it would be a wonderful 60th birthday present for my sister. Deborah Rust was a DELIGHT to work with! She made it incredibly easy and efficient. And, OMG, the label she put together using a pic of my sis, the verbiage I requested, and some fabulous decoration! The wine selections on the website were a bit overwhelming. I left it to Deborah to put the case together for me. Gave her price points and a suggested mix. Easy peasy! #1 I can't wait for my sis to receive her gift. #2 My mind is already churning about additional gifts to send. Deborah Rust made it so easy and wonderful! (And she's uber responsive!)

I've worked with Deborah Rust for many years on custom labels for gift boxes. I use them for wedding gifts, anniversaries, thank you's, holidays, and baby arrivals. She's always quick to respond and gives recommendations and suggestions on the wines/deals that could be included. The recipients of the personalized bottles always gush about how much they love the gesture. Highly recommend working with Deborah on the best options.

Deborah Rust---has been my wine consultant for a few years now. She has truly been amazing and has impressed every one that has had the opportunity to experience Windsor Vineyards. I am not a wine drinker myself and she has guided me as to what wines to select etc. The selections have been impressive, even to my palate. I will always order from Deborah.

Very Happy! I have 2 children getting married this year. I order 4 cases of Champagne with custom labels including the bride and groom names & wedding date for my daughter. I forgot to add my discount code before I hit purchase. I called customer service and they added my code and it was corrected before it even went through my bank. The Champagne arrived with custom labels within a week and that was with the 1 cent shipping. The labels look wonderful and they were extremely well packaged. I was so impressed I just ordered more for my sons wedding later this summer. You cannot beat this service for special occasions and the custom labels are so nice!

I completely agree with the last review. I did not get what I ordered. Very minimal customer support. I will not attempt to order again. Too bad because I've received this wine as a gift in the past and was ordering to give to someone else. They only had to waive my shipping fee to return the wrong order and I would have reordered. But they took no responsibility. Thankfully other companies do the same thing and I can order from them.

Terrible experience. There is lack of instruction, not even fine print. DO NOT attempt to customize a bottle. I ended up buying 5 bottles to try to get the correct gift and STILL have not received what I paid for. I delt with Barbara Feagan. She made this experience as miserable as possible and could not represent the company more poorly. VERY disappointed. MAJOR waste of money.
