Was only one window, a lot of firms wasn’t interested as it was a small order.
The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and installation spot on.
Will definitely be having more windows done in the future.

Window Nation Peterborough supplied and installed new windows and doors in our church conversion. The quality of the windows and installation was 1st class. They installed an door with an arched head where a 160 year old arched window was. The detail of the glazing was amazing with the stained glass around the outer perimeter matching the remaining 160 year old stained glass windows. The result was so impressive we are now considering replacing the rest of the arched windows with sliding sash windows. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with service from start to finish. It looks like we have a new house after having all windows, patio/front door fitted! The whole Team were polite and courteous at all times. As per your other reviews, George, the fitter has to be given the gold star for his non-stop, hard working ethic. We only gave 4 stars because we had to wait two weeks for the front door to arrive but it was certainly worth the wait. Thank you all very much.

We had four windows replaced a few weeks ago. The installer waa polite and professional and left the house spotless. One window was under sized, so was fitted the following week.
We are now going to get a quote for three more windows and, if the price is right, will get them replaced as well.

Just had 5 windows fitted by George. Superb job he worked non stop single handed and was all done in one morning! We are very impressed with the finished job. Everything was left clean n tidy. He even managed to negotiate round our stair lift without a scrape! He's a credit to the company. A great job at a fair price.

Just had our Windows replaced and wanted to share the experience.
The sales process was smooth and pressure-free, and we felt we got a good deal on the Windows.
George, the Window fitter, did a stellar job, it was quick, high-quality work, and he left everything spotless after he was finished.

We love everything about our new front door and we have received many compliments on it. The service we received from Windownationuk was superb from start to finish and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

After many months of dropping hints to my husband, that we needed a new front and back door, he contacted Windownation after being recommended by a friend. I have to say that I couldn't be any more happy with the whole experience. The representative who came out to see us was polite, he didn't put us under pressure to purchase unlike the previous two company's who came to give us a quote. The installation was carried out by george who arrived on time and was polite and friendly he done a fantastic job. We are really happy with our new doors and plan to return for new windows in the near future. Highly recommend

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to on this occasion, we have just had a set of patio doors installed by Window Nation where it involved having to make cuts into the existing brickwork

I was obviously concerned about it all mainly the mess etc and because of that reason I put the project on ice for some time but in the end decided to get the patio doors replaced, and have to say that all my fears were erased I was pleasantly surprised as they did a fantastic job

All I can say is that the workman were polite and cleaned up thoroughly throughout and the end result is fabulous, I would like to thank Window Nation and would certainly recommend their services to anyone thinking of replacing their windows

Window Nation UK are without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After taking a deposit of £3k in August 2023 we were told our doors and windows would be installed within 8 weeks. Over the next 7 months we chased Window Nation UK but were lied to repeatedly. Over that period we were given 8 separate dates for the work to commence. On at least three of those dates we were told the work would start the next day but nobody ever arrived. Each time we were forced to chase them to ask why nobody had shown up and each time we would receive a raft of excuses for their abject failure. Those excuses including the parent company had gone into liquidation, employees where on holiday, were ill or had left the business entirely.
Martin who we had to endure working with for the duration of this charade told us on at least two occasions that he was leaving both the company and even the industry!
In between the time we paid the deposit and them finally admitting the could not fulfil our agreement my father became ill and passed away. Martin was aware of this yet still kept insisting the work would start in a matter of weeks. Obviously this never happened and we finally received our deposit back a month after we were assured it had been refunded.
The finale to this (which says everything you would ever need to know about this company) is that they forwarded the details of the company who were supplying the doors so we could get them fitted by somebody else. We were astonished to learn that Windows Nation UK had NEVER placed the order for the doors. The whole thing was a lie, the work would NEVER have happened because the doors were never ordered!
Quite what they got out of treating us in this manor particularly given what we were going through at the time I have no idea. Why they would string us along for months is beyond me.
When I put this to Martin he didn't reply, there was no apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. They are an absolute disgrace of a company and I would advise anyone against using them.

I have to admit I was soooo impressed with the service efficiency and quality of work. They were quick and swift and minimal distraction when doing my doors.

We were told 10:30 for a quote they turned up half and hour late with no contact sent them packing website is a shambles stay clear

Had front and back cladding done by a lovely fitter. Am pleased with the job.

We had a very poor experience getting a new door. I had an early warning sign when the surveyor didn’t turn up for an appointment. To make up for it they quoted a cheaper price over the phone. We had many delays — I was assured the door would be fitted within 6 weeks in October. It wasn’t fitted until April. The conmunication was poor — in both instances the fitters turned up it was at different times to those agreed over the phone. At the first attempt, the frame was the wrong size and the door was scratched. The second door admittedly looks good, but the silicone is untidy and the fitter left the wires too short to put the nest doorbell back on so I’ll likely need to spend more for an electrician to refit. You get what you pay for. Avoid.

We've got a great and satisfying experience throughout the whole process in having a new doors of our house. Martin is very kind in helping us as well as his staffs. They are great in their jobs, i can say.
