I was very pleased with the delivery & instal of my new washing m/c the men arrived in the time stated and fitted the m/c and took the old one away and all the packing that came with the new m/c polite gents,top marks.

A very efficient transaction. Got a phone call advising of the delivery date, and another when it arrived in the shop to collect.
Reminded me of John Lewis electrical department, before we were so cruelly abandoned.

Ordered product online which was out of stock but due in, received a phone call the next working day after my online order to confirm expected delivery date, and then a further call to advise when the product was then available to collect. When collecting, the product was ready at the front desk. Efficient and friendly service with prices to match other stores' offers. Highly recommend.

Really excellent service. The personal service from the shop was very helpful and kind, and made the process stress free. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. The fridge freezer we wanted was in stock at a very good price, similar to online, but so much better to get it from a local shop.

Just had delivery of my new washing machine from Williams Electrical and just can't rate everything and everyone highly enough. Delivery was perfect from 2 lovely guys who made sure it was working correctly and level before they left. This company is just brilliant and I won't go anywhere else!!!!

My 25 year old electric cooker finally died. This happened on a Friday & I went online and ordered a new one with Monday morning as a delivery slot. This was confirmed on the phone by a very friendly, helpful lady. I have used Williams Electrical's several times for different appliances. I like that they are a local company and always offer great service. I was also pleased that I could pay online with PayPal pay in 3 as this unexpected payout was sprung on us only a few weeks before our holiday.
The delivery guys were on time (I was given a 2 hour time slot). I had paid for the old cooker to be removed & the new one installed & this was all done swiftly and with care.

I needed a new fridge freezer and a handheld vacuum cleaner and went straight to Williams' website as I have received first class customer service when making purchases in their shop in Woodseats. I discovered that the website was easy to navigate and was happy to find the items I needed. Shortly after placing the online order, I received a courtesy phone call about delivery which took place a few days later. Goods delivered and all the cardboard packaging was taken away for me. Thank you, Williams! In addition, my old fridge was taken away for a reasonable fee. I realised afterwards that I'd left a couple of food items in the old fridge by mistake - just mentioning this as a future tip to delivery men to check inside before removing! :) I recommend Williams to all my friends for choice of products and good customer service.

This was the smoothest of purchases; the professionalism of the people I dealt with is to be commended. I have previously purchased here and will continue to do so in the future and I have no reservations in recommending others to shop here.
