The ordering process was good price and just worked on a Saturday morning. I was called within an hour, and had a delivery on Monday by 1pm. I then had a billing query, called, got a friendly answer and a refund before the end of the day.

I’ve used Williams Electricals a couple of times recently for new kitchen appliances and received a great service from start to finish on both occasions. Very supportive office staff and professional installers who turned up when they said they would each time. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

Ordered online and received a phone call from supplier within the hour and collected. Easy process and really happy with the air cooler. Set up was straightforward and instructions were clear.
Filled reservoir with water and added one of the icepacks to chill the air even more. Plugged it in and the air was lovely and cool.
As the air is watercooled, I was worried about the moisture as the fan also humidifies but you can switch the humidifying option off. Great unit would recommend.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Williams Electrical and yet again I couldn’t have wished for better service.
I ordered my freezer and within 30mins someone from the shop rang to ask when I wanted it delivered. I chose the day & was given a 2hr slot for delivery. The price was competitive with online companies.
It’s nice to be able to support a reliable local company.

Wanted some decent headphones after spending too much on uncomfortable AirPods.
Went to Williams and received a fabulous, friendly and thorough service and demonstration of the headphones on offer. I was able to compare all of the headphones and discuss which would suit my needs better.
Purchased the Sony WH-CH72ON and I am very impressed, perfect for use at the gym and while outside with the Noise Cancelling/Ambient mode.

Needed a new oven for my aged parents after theirs failed. Williams were very efficient in determining the correct oven and once ordered they delivered and installed within 24 hours. The installation was very quick, and the old unit taken away. Very pleased with their service and glad to use a local company rather than a big national.
