I bought the dryer on Sunday and it was installed by the Wednesday and the men who brought it happily moved a bookcase so it could be carried into the kitchen. Would certainly use Williams Electrical again.

Really happy with my purchase and the service provided. I ordered my air fryer at 11pm at night and I was contacted the next morning to be told they could deliver later that day. Couldn’t recommend enough

The bosch iron arrives yesterday its fabulous quality to dye for steam is fabulous you won't need a steamer with this iron .you got the lot super long elec cord .the price was the cheapest on the market delivery took 5 days.this product 👌 5 🌟 plus company very professional kept up to date on every step from order to delivery. Thank you I'll be using you again .

The toaster is great. Williams were amazing - delivering it the day I ordered and I was delighted they were local too.

The delivery was on time and the team were friendly and professional. They removed my old washer, unpacked the new one in their van and plumbed it in. They ran a short programme to check for leaks and that the machine worked properly. They didn't leave any mess behind.

The website was easy to use. We were able to look at what was available. It included information about what was and wasn't immediately available. When we ordered we were offered a delivery date, and we were contact subsequently when an earlier delivery date became available. They turned up when we were told they would. They were polite, friendly, swift and efficient. They plumbed the new machine in and took the old one away as arranged with no fuss or mess, and the new machine is very nice and does exactly what we need it to. We would recommend this company to anyone. Exactly what we needed.

Very quick phone response (about 10 minutes) after my online order to arrange a delivery time. Delivery was as arranged. Got a good price and it was nice to be able to support an independent and local business. Highly recommended

recently purchased a tv from williams , unfortunately the picture was very hit and miss . i contacted williams and explained problem , a very helpful lady advised me to return tv for inspection . it was plugged in at shop and to my amazement worked perfectly !! . apparently tv was not compatible with my sky set up , decided to exchange tv for another samsung tv , new tv works perfectly with excellent picture. 10 out of 10 for customer service, couldn't be more helpful and left with the words " as long as you are happy thats all that matter" . highly recommended

Very helpful staff I don’t often do a click an collect order I was also traveling 2 hours from Wigan to collect it . I spoke to a couple of members who were very helpful confirming that they had received my order and it would be ready for collection the next day which they loaded into my car Would shop here again

I was very impressed with Williams generally. The staff were exceptionally helpful at the start and this carried on until the goods were delivered …..on time!!! I would definitely use this local firm again.
