Brittany at William Painter is awesome. I have purchased a few pairs of sunglasses over the years, and through normal wear and tear, she has replaced them promptly through the warranty program, which is really appreciated.

7 years ago, I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from William Painter.
Not cheap, but look great, and come with a lifetime warranty. Awesome.
Roll forward to last month. That's April 2026. I'm in Rio, Brazil. I live in the UK. Always have done.
I'm about to head to Ipanema Beach and as I get a pair of William Painter sunglasses out, I notice on one lens there are 2 scratches.
Roll forward 10 days, and I go online regarding the warranty.
No problem say William Painter. Send us pics if you can.
I did. Within 24 hours I'd had confirmation a replacement pair had shipped, and within 1 week I had received that new pair all the way over the pond from the US of A to the UK.
That, is gold standard customer service. I've told lots of people.

I have had my William Painters for 5+ years when one of the nose cushions broke. First of all, I did not buy these directly and did not register them when purchased. So I thought I had no recourse but I wanted to check into a repair anyway. I was delighted to find out that I could receive a new pair of the same glasses. Yes, it cost me a warranty registration of $59 but that is about half of what I paid to get a famous brand repaired a while ago plus I had a brand new pair of glasses.

Brittany was very responsive and helpful... took the time to completely explain the warranty replacement process.

Bought my Hook Blue Tint in 2020 ... lost them in 2022 ... filed a warranty claim with 49.95 fee last week ... and had my new Hook Blue Tint in a week!

I love my sunnies. The frames are lightweight and solid, and the lenses are excellent as well. I've loved a few pairs, and as life happens I've also destroyed quite a few pairs. The customer service team is exceptionally quick to have another pair shipped to me because of their lifetime warranty. Always a great experience, thanks!

They liftime warranty is amazing i had a pair and my lenses got damaged so i asked about the warranty and it was super quick and easy

I’ve had WP sunglasses for a few years. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and the build quality is great. I did have a pair break on the nose piece and replacing them was super easy and fast. Would def recommend them.

I thought Brittany was very patient and helpful with during the purchase process for my empire glasses. I expressed my problem and she came up with a solution that I thought was more than adequate.

I ordered the hook years ago and have been really happy with them and sadly managed to scratch the lens pretty badly and I reached out to them regarding their lifetime warranty and they sent new glasses right away.

I bought my first pair of William Painter sunglasses in 2019 and have been using them on my boat and in the ocean ever since! In 2023, one of the arms broke, but thanks to their lifetime warranty, I was able to get a replacement with no hassle.
My original model wasn’t available, so I got to choose a new style at no extra cost. The replacement arrived quickly, and thanks to the $0 invoice, I didn’t pay any customs fees from the autority.

It’s been 3 years with my new pair, and I’m still super happy with them. If you’re the type to rough up or break your sunglasses easily, William Painter is made for you! The quality and customer service are top-notch.

The lifetime warranty on these glasses is the absolute best! Their customer support is incredibly helpful and their sunglasses are the best I’ve ever worn. I’ve been wearing their glasses since 2019. I lost one pair, another wash demolished by a friend’s pitbull and my previous pair was found broken mysteriously in my purse after a couple years of heavy wear. I’m rough on everything I’ve ever owned and maybe a little accident prone, but every time William Painter comes through!
