Wildhorse asked for verification documents prior to processing my redemption. I sent them the documents twice, and instead of processing the redemption they suspended my account.

Had a pretty fun experience with this site. The UI is simple and easy to use.
The gameplay was fun, and the games were smooth, no lag.

The verification process was smooth and the redemptions were surprisingly fast.
I would recommend giving it a shot.

False advertising at its finest, do not expect fast withdrawals or good customer service. Plus $0.10 a day for a sign in bonus is a joke.

Went through first deposit in about 3 minutes. Scam

I signed up and played with bonus money and won over $100. I played in down. I bought 19.99 packaged and received $40. Played it down to $10. Then won $120 and redeemed it. Waiting for it to process to my account. Over all I felt I win more on this social casino. I play them all. I have no complaints.

A lot of negative reviews but my personal experience has been nothing but positive. I have redeemed every single time I’ve deposited and the money has been sent to my account quickly. The only issue I encountered was with a promotion but surprisingly they added my missing money within a matter of hours of contacting them. I think it’s possible the prior negative reviews could have been a result of them just being a new social casino and ironing out the kinks.

Worse customer service i have ever experienced. They will jerk u around and find every single reason they can to not pay out. They are thieves. I bought 2 19.99 bundles. The money was taken from my bank account and I got the bundles but then they pull a stunt and lock my account days later when I tried to redeem saying they didn't get their money. Funny my bank account shows u did. After weeks of emails and fighting them. They then took the money they say they didn't recieve out of my winnings and told me everything was good and I could redeem my winnings and my account was clear. And still they are causing me issues on other platforms because they have not cleared my flag and I have to go thru a bunch of crap of forwarding emails and bank statements to prove that I indeed paid for the bundles not once but twice. And they are still wanting me to pay for them again even tho they said and I have in an email that they took the money and now im cleared. This is the worst platform and customer service I have ever experienced and I play on every social platform and am a vip in every one of them and have never had the first issues not once until wildhorse.

Awful experience. They clearly state in the advertisement, after every purchase you get a wheel spin and never received it. The first agent told me they would raise the issue and should hear back very soon. Waited 2 days no response. The second agent was rude and argumentative and stated that I can’t receive thus credit because it’s automatically applied within the system and couldn’t tell me why it was not applied by their automatic system! Obviously there system is a SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR EFFORT!!

I was able to withdraw. The redemptions aren't clearly displayed so it's hard to tell how close you are to being ready to redeem.

I have been playing on wild horse buck for few months and I brought a package for only 10 dollars with the bonus of additional 10 for a total 20 and I yet to receive my bonus. What i have experienced so far has been one of the best times I have ever had in a casino period. I thought diff cuzz the bonus isn't that much .10 cents a day but the games are honestly the most fun iver ever had at an online casino or otherwise. They have paid me out around prolly 500 dollars so far in small amounts and I have prolly put in a out that as well. Can't honestly believe this is a legitimate website. They offer BTG slots, but the way they play makes me believe its pirated software. I can't prove that inexplicably, but the fact no other website offers this provider, along with the nearly $400 I lost here in a very short time makes me believe beyond any reasonable doubt that this is not a legitimate operator and needs to be banned by every player.
