If you have found this site after buying a fake wig, you are not alone. I bought one for my friend overseas who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She is devastated. And the wigs where she lives cost thousands of dollars. So I didn't have time to research like I should have. But after getting the horrible fake wig, I emailed them. They first asked for pictures, then said it looks fine and that I should give it a try. Then offered a discount on another wig, and finally gave me half off. I told them what I really thought of their fake cheap wigs and that I would contact my credit card company who would investigate their scam, which I did. Their last email to me was that I could return it to an address in China, which I had known they are from China, calling them out on it in a previous email. I did not reply to that last email. I'm not wasting any more time on them. My credit card company said they will contact them and if they reply (which they usually don't) then the cc company may ask for the email thread. My advice is to appear in emails like you are trying to resolve the issue. I mentioned their return policy and they replied as if to give it to me but pictures were needed. So I have the thread as evidence. I also told the scammers that I would write a review to warn others about their illegal practices. They will not get away with this. If you are reading this before purchasing from their fake site, good for you! If like me you got tricked, it's ok, you're not alone. Don't give up and don't give them a penny! Contact your credit card company to dispute the claim. I wish you all the best!

Huge Scam!! They sent wind chimes, 5 dollar wind chimes and charged me 120.00 for a wig. Run...Their online reviews are bogus!!!

WigSis.com is a scam.

They do not provide what they advertise. The wig I received looked nothing like the photo. You will not get “lace front monofilament top , cap-less, 100% fine human hair , flexible ear tabs, hand tied” . . . NO, YOU WILL GET CHEAP WIG WITH The HORRIBLE PINK CAP . They need to be shut down; why let them continue to misrepresent and cheat people.

I have asked them for the return address or refund for the whole month! They said that they can’t exchange it because it was custom made ( you can buy wig like this one at Value Village). Finally, they agreed to exchange but I would have to pay about $100 for the shipping both ways and handling fees.

This company scammed me out of over 200 hundred dollars already and they wanted me to pay another $100! Plus I can’t be sure if the new wig will be as advertised.

Tried to review the wig on their site, they won't approve negative reviews.

Although it seems a regular company each item is selled by a different seller, so unless you are very lucky you end up scammed since they send you synthetic wig and dont accept returns or refunds

This is a horrible company. After I sent the photos of what I ordered and what I got, this was their response:

"The wig looks good from the pictures.The picture from our website of the wig is the result from professional hairstylist, so they may be a little look different from the one you received. It will not affect normal usage. You can wash it before using it, then comb this wig and arrange your wigs hairstyle, and make it look natural.

"Or you can take it to a hairdresser, just a trim.We really did a lot for this order. We believe you will look very nice in this wig.

Hope you can keep it. Would you mind try it once more?"

There was nothing in the description that one would have to style it or take it to a stylist for it to look like the photo. I've been had.

BUYER BEWARE!

This is a complete fraud!! They advertised products they don't have and once they get your money they give you no refunds!! The hair wasn't human hair and I paid $186 and they would give me my money even though they a return policy for unused products. Please waste you time or your money!! Buyer Please Beware!!!

The items I purchased were not as advertised and when I have tried to get a refund I have been met with the most insulting suggestions about what I can do to resolve “my problem”. The problem is that this company is trading falsely and does not honour its advertised returns policy. Buying from Wigsis is throwing your money away. You will never get a refund. They will blame you and tell you that you are mistaken.
My worst experience of any Chinese company.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. This is a scam l. Company based in China. Will not allow returns and the quality is pure garbage.

Don't believe the 5-star reviews. They're written by shills.

My wife ordered one of WigSis' 'hand made' wigs and it's complete garbage. The return process is through China, meaning that there IS NO RETURN PROCESS. They offered to refund $15 for a $150 wig. That won't even cover return shipping. Caveat emptor.

Google 'wigsis complaints' before doing business with this company and check the BBB reviews.

Absolutely terrible wig that looks like something out of a £20 Halloween costume. I ordered a blond wig and got an awful ginger wig that doesn't fit and couldn't look any more different to the one we ordered. It's for my mum who's got cancer and we paid £95 for it. So disappointed. I emailed them and I've got no communication back.

I ordered a wig on August 29th. I have already paid for it. I was told it would ship between Sept 3-6
then it was Sept 8th. I ordered this because my hair is falling out . Now sept 17th they don't know where it is?
Don't order from them if you have the need for a wig .It's really stressful to be going bald and can't cover it up!

I get a lot of compliments on this wig. This is the second time i have ordered it. I bought two this time.The wig is great! Didn’t have to do anything but put it on and go!

The color on this is incredible, and it is so lightweight. So many compliments on this one - makes being a first-time wig wearer very happy.

I ordered a petite frosted wig from wigsys. I received a large unfrosted wig. Ad states refund would be made if contacted within 7 days of delivery. I contacted them the day of delivery and they refuse to give refund.

The worst experience with a company I have ever had .Ordered a blonde and gray curly wig with 2 1/2 inch length hair received a blondish red straight wig with 4 inch hair.After 21 days of trying to come to an agreement I finally accepted a 40% refund. DO NOT repeat DO NOT PURCHACE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Carol

This company is a scam! They refuse to supply you with a return address to return a wig which is defective and NOT the wig that you ordered. They need to be shut down! I have sent them numerous e-mails with no satisfactory response whatsoever. This is after I submitted the required form they said I need to do to get the return address.
