Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are not happy with our service. Unfortunately, there was some delay in delivery from the supplier. The Focal Celestee arrived with us today so we will send it to you today.
As for that FiiO M11, you have been in contact with my colleague about that. As he indicated, we will have to exchange the device, but the product must have been purchased from us and be under warranty. What I read in the email conversation, the product is no longer under warranty and you did not purchase it from us. Therefore we can unfortunately do nothing for you.
