Over the moon with our new kitchen designed by Zoe at the Woking store. She was very patient despite me changing bits of the plan several times. She listened to everything I wanted and made suggestions on how to make it work.
Delivery guys very helpful stacking everything in our garage.

Brian!! everyone has to find Brian when they go to the Woking branch, he was beyond helpful! He was helping someone else whilst I loitered to ask him a question, I could see how thorough he was with the previous customer and so glad I waited to ask him my questions. He should literally be there to help people as he’s so knowledgeable and went above and beyond in my opinion.

If I could award zero stars I would. We placed an order online for 40 bags of Wickes topsoil last Sunday (4th October) which was in stock and on special offer. Our delivery date (9th October) was confirmed. This morning, I received an an email confirming delivery. We then received a call from Wickes saying they had sold out and could not fulfil the order from our local branch (Woking) and we were too far from another branch for it to be delivered! No option was provided of an alternative (e.g. a bulk bag). We said this was unacceptable and left it for them to sort it out. The order was then cancelled by Wickes without confirming that with us. I spoke to customer service who were of no assistance (saying this was down to the local branch). Whatever happened to customer service? How can something not be allocated for delivery when it has been paid for and confirmed? I would not trust this company at all moving forward. We cancelled the other part of our order (grass seed) given this was no use without the top soil and had confirmation to that effect.

Update 9/10/2026. Despite having cancelled the grass seed and received confirmation, it was then delivered today! Another call to customer services required and a collection arranged. More inconvenience!

Nick did an excellent job of designing our kitchen. He was very patient and thorough, plus willing to adjust the plan after we received additional information from our fitter. It was a pleasure to work with him!

Excellent service from start to finish

We’ve recently had our new kitchen fitted by Wickes and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

A special thank you to Zoe, our kitchen planner, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was patient, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, helping us turn our ideas into a kitchen we absolutely love.

We also can’t speak highly enough of Luis, who carried out the installation. From the initial survey right through to the very last screw being fitted, he was fantastic. He was always polite, professional and efficient, with a brilliant work ethic and a real eye for detail. The standard of his workmanship was first class, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Luis was a real pleasure to have working in our home and is a real credit to Wickes.

Thank you to both Zoe and Luis for making what could have been a stressful process so straightforward. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would happily recommend them both.

Helpful staff (Brian - managed to find all the stuff that I needed) and at a good price (cheaper than Amazon!!) and also genuine good quality.

Brian was incredibly knowledgable and helpful when I visited the Woking shop today. Thanks to Brian I got all the correct materials and tools required for the job and have completed it and totally satisfied

I spoke to Brian at the woking store. He was a true gent and an Ambassador to wickes he went out of his way to find me some clear plastic bags or sheets to cover a car window . I came out of the store with what I wanted . Customer service at its best. He also suggested ideas, thinking out of the box, which is excellent .

Always a great experience going to the Knaphill Wickes, especially seeing Brian and he’s always helpful every time I go, also had good help with how to fill out the trade account with Peter too.

Nick Hedges has been absolutely brilliant. He came to our flat to take accurate measurements of our kitchen and bathrooms. So quick and efficient.

The following week he had plans and rendering of all rooms ready for us to review. He was so quick in making any changes we requested, and very knowledgeable, able to direct us in the right way.

He explained us different finance plans and really took his time to make sure everything was right.

He was very responsive when I asked him to send me the drawings after all parts had been delivered.

Nick, you're a star. Absolutely brilliant.

Asked for help and the young lady forgot about us. Brian came along helped us and got us all that we wonted. Well done to Brian

Brian Is a very Helpful Person All The Times at Wickes

Kitchens nightmare.

While our design process was great with Lisa, the after service has been nothing but a disgrace. We purchased a kitchen and chose not to get an installer on the promise all plans would be given, HOW WRONG WE WERE.

When requesting the full design plan we were told there are no instructions and fitters will fit according to their own preference, in addition we should come in store and view the displays to see how they are fitted.

Total rubbish advice if you ask me, as if that were the case then it baffles me how the kitchen was ever designed.

Unfortunately not our first dealing with the man in the design team, incredibly rude human who once told me he couldn't assist with a small design change and I should know its the weekend and they would be busy.

Went with a lot of questions on painting internal cupboard doors and repairing holes. Brian listened and was able to guide me as to what to do and help find all I needed to do the jobs. Thank you
