Robbie Duncan - what a delight! Cannot recommend more! This is our first home we are buying and the first bathroom and kitchen we have owned, it was all a bit overwhelming, until we met Robbie who calmed us.

Robbie arrived 15 minutes early, and was so knowledgeable and friendly. He discussed with us about the drainage and then went inside to take measurements. Nothing was too much for him and he was so lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend more!

Really happy with the bathroom design and service we recived from Robbie. He was very helpfull throughout the whole process, listend to what we wanted and offered great advice and ideas. The whole experince was easy & stress free. We are so pleased with the finished result. Would reccomened happily.

Very disappointed. I booked a telephone call for which I received email confirmation. However no call was made and now I have received email hoping I enjoyed meeting my consultant and asking for a review!

The design consultant Robbie D came to our flat,lovely chap,knew his stuff and we arranged to go to Wickes to choose the new kitchen.
Robbies assistant saw us,nice lady but we designed the kitchen around a sink we liked only to be told it was discontinued.The 50/50 intergrated fridge freezer we wanted to match the kitchen was only available in 70/30.Sadly we went else where,felt bad for Robbie as he did a good job but the product range let them down.

My 86 year old mother paid nearly £10000 for a new bathroom
Not measured correctly, sink suitable only for a cloakroom, cupboard/cabinet had to be cut down as wrong size.
After numerous telephone calls from our end and hitting a brick wall, we have now had to contact the Ombudsman for advice

I popped into the Waterlooville branch to ask a few questions about the bathroom furniture on offer. I was met by Robbie D who was very friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to drop what he was doing to talk to me (he was deep in the middle of a design stage) and gave me great information and some really helpful advice. Thank you to Robbie and the team — I'll be back with my order shortly!

Wickes Waterlooville, terrible installation of kitchen. With awful workmanship, keep finding more and more issues. The design team are in over their heads. I'd recommend going with a private kitchen installer that you trust. Been a complete nightmare.

I needed a paint mix and was very statisfied with the attention to detail I was given. The member of staff Alan in the Waterlooville branch who mixed the paint for me was very friendly and very efficient. Thank you.

After booking an appointment online to come into store to design a kitchen for a slot on wednesday between 10-11. We arrived in store to be told the lady the appointment was booked with does not work wednesdays and they had no other members of staff in store to help. So i would advise if you book a slot this does not mean that anyone will be there to actually have the appointment with you.

Visited the Waterlooville store over the weekend and found Vicky Blythe to be super helpful and friendly. Helped me to get the right products for my paneling, without her i would have bought the wrong paint AND forgotten the woodfiller for the gaps. Walls in my spare room look great. Thank you

I had a home appointment booked for a kitchen design with Robbie. He asked lots of questions and listened to our ideas so he could come up with the best result. He was very thorough with measuring so he could be as accurate as possible. We look forward to seeing the plan!

I had a part missing and Alan Harris went above and beyond and delivered it himself when passing my house. Amazing service

Our Wickes kitchen has just been finished and we’re completely thrilled with the kitchen and the service we received. All the staff at wickes in Waterlooville went above and beyond to help us, especially Jess, who project managed the whole process and was a delight - very friendly, truly helpful with ideas and helped us come in under budget, and got us more than we thought was possible. The installers (Prestige) that Jess provided us with were also first rate. Would definitely recommend Wickes. We’re going back soon for a new bathroom

First Kitchen appointment (home). Kept informed of appointment time, on time. Very informative, there was so much to go through since my last kitchen over 30 years ago! Procedure explained. Waiting for my design now.

Had great customer service at the waterlooville store, I needed a reasonable priced kitchen for a flat refurbishment. Jess came round did all the measurements and got a design with pricing in a few days, kitchen was delivered within a couple of weeks. I broke a fixing during installation and Alan in the store was able to find me a spare fixing the next day with some spares he found in the back storeroom. Will defo be back for another kitchen on the next project!

Whole experience was professional and efficient. Shout out to Jess, who was so helpful, coming up with options and making sure every detail was covered. Her product knowledge is excellent. She is so approachable and friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Jesse’s knowledge was second to none!very helpful and professional but sadly we need to change a few bits!
