He walked me to where the item was I needed to find and even carried the 25kg bag not only to the till but also to my car during the stormy weather. Bathroom design by Wickes
Having used Wickes Bathroom Design some years ago, we were very happy to book another appointment with their design team when it was time to update our bathroom.
Our designer was James, and from the very first meeting he made us feel welcome, comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. His knowledge and experience in bathroom design really showed throughout the process, and he listened carefully to our ideas and helped bring them to life.
We decided on a built-in shower, along with a combination toilet and sink unit in a beautiful sage green finish. James created a fantastic design that made the most of the space while giving us the look and functionality we wanted.
James arranged for our installation to be carried out by Shaun from Thamesdown Bathrooms. Shaun visited beforehand to check the plans, measurements and everything that had been ordered, ensuring that everything was ready for installation.
The delivery arrived four days before the installation date. We had cleared part of our shed for the bathroom fittings, and everything fitted neatly inside and was easily accessible for Shaun and his team.
The installation went smoothly and was completed on schedule. Shaun and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout and did a wonderful job. Their workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail were excellent, and we are delighted with the finished bathroom.
We would highly recommend James for his fabulous bathroom design and Shaun and his team for the fantastic installation.
Thank you both for such a great job — we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom!
