Wickes - Perth Reviews 

I went in the store with a vague idea of what I wanted. I approached Aakriti. Who sorted me out and I left with want I wanted and some advice on Joe to do the job.

I went into the Perth store today for top soil and have to give Stephen a shout out. He loaded up my car for me with 10 bags of top soil. He was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Millie was amazingly helpful with finding tiles and paint for my bathroom!! thank you so much xx

Great service. Colleague called Steven helped me get something from the closed off section. Confirmed his colleagues had stopped the forklift so I could enter and get the fence posts. Then helped me out to the car with the posts and 2 bags of postcrete. Very helpful man

We were served by an assistant called Steven in the Perth shop and he was great! The tiles that I was looking for weren’t in stock, so he kindly ordered me a sample to be delivered straight to my home.

Gemma at the Perth Wickes was incredibly helpful on my last two visits. She gave me advice and found the right products that best suited my needs. Best experince!

At the Perth branch. Really helpful staff member (think his name was Stevie) helped me find what I needed - I never would have otherwise. Listened and was cheery. So good to get that face-to-face personal & knowledgeable service.

Very helpful staff. I visited the Perth store for slabs and one of the staff gave me a hand to load them onto the trolley without needing to be asked. The staff are always like this and know their stuff.

Absolute shambles - don’t waste your money - Wickes don’t care , won’t respond to you - have tried store, store manager , area manager , customer complaints and now even managing director and nobody can be bothered to reach out to resolve .Bought in June and still waiting for a completion date- at least one month probably talking 2-3 month delay in replacing bathrooms and no firm date - shocking and atrocious - will never buy another product from them again

I asked one of the staff (Steve) from the Perth branch, if he could assist me in lifting heavy packs of Laminate flooring into my car, as I had injured hurt my back. He couldn’t have been more helpful or polite if he’d tried. So thank you Steve.

I had a really good visit in the Perth store today,
I was helped by a very lovely young man called Steven , I was unable to lift a couple of my items into my car and he went above and beyond to help me.

Went to Wickes Perth on 1st July for plasterboard/cement board - Ross gave me the information I needed to decide on the right product which was carried for me to the checkout. My purchases were then carried to my car by Ajae. Both customer assistants were friendly and a credit to Wickes.
I returned to the same branch on 2nd July and received excellent customer service from Stephen when I bought a second piece of cement board which was also carried to my car. Great service both days and great choice of the products I needed.

Requiring to replace our en suite, I called into my local Wickes in Perth where I’d already experienced helpfulness, and sorting the en suite was done so efficiently and considerately by Paul Wilson who recognised what was required and had it all sorted and ordered in no time. Having previously been to another DIY store where it took nearly six months to get the bathroom organised, Paul’s ability to see what was required and to advise was so much less stressful.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Amazing service from Wickes Perth who donated bottles of water and lining paper to JGN Dance Attic for our kids who performed their show at the weekend. Also a big shoutout to Angie Kelday who delivered them to us and who volunteered on her 2 days off to help us with the show over the weekend. Fab help, 10/10 service from her.
