Wickes - Perry Barr Reviews

Visited this branch today and even though it was a very busy atmosphere, I was helped out by Shaiba. I'm an OAP and not very good with lifting or walking around but I told this lady what I needed and she went and got the bags of stones on a trolley and even put them in my car for me. Very helpful and puts the men to shame!

Came in today and had a wonderful experience and great customer service by Teresa eventually got what I needed and had brilliant help by her

I visited Wickes Perry Barr today and was greeted by a lady called Teresa whilst looking for some wall paint. What an absolute credit to the store she is. Bubbly and friendly with a Sense of humour!. Great knowledge of the stores paint and made us feel confident we had made the right choice (we are happy to say we did, we are half we spent the little extra now). A credit to Wickes as we hope to see her there again when we need some advice and service.

Shashi was very helpful. I needed to return something without receipt and she took her time to find me on the system and retrieve my receipt in order to get my refund. Thankyou Shashi

Excellent service from Pinny, also Sashi quickly completed an exchange for me!

Went in Wickes at Perry Barr to pick up a few bits. Asked for help finding my items and Sukie went out of his way to assist me . Offered a solution for what I could not find . Nothing was too much trouble

What a helpful and cheerful member of staff Richard was. Came through straight away, helping me load my car. I hope he is there every visit I make. A lovely gentleman

Superb range of goods and more reasonably priced that B&Q. Great layout in store too.

And at the checkout, Pinny. Very helpful, courteous and efficient.

Sashi was a great help with my shopping today. Sashi is a great asset to Wickes! Thank you

Products are easy to locate. I was after some Loam Based potting compost which was located in the outside area. A young man named Callum assisted me, he obtained a trolley for my goods, he was delayed coming back, and apologised for my having to wait. He then picked up 2 bags of potting compost and put them on the trolley and walked with me to the checkout. He offered to take the trolley to my car and loaded it on for me. Thank you Callum you were a pleasure to chat with and I wish you all the luck in your future.

I visited the store to buy cement, Pinny offered her help straight away and took the time to explain things to me. I will be buying from Wickes Perry Barr in the future! Thanks Pinny

I went to Wickes and received outstanding service from Shaiba. From the moment I entered the store, she was approachable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products for my DIY project.
Her knowledge was impressive, and she took the time to explain the different options available, offering practical advice that gave me confidence in my choice of purchase.
She seemed very committed to her job and lead by example, as a colleague asked a question and she responded in a similar way.
I left the store with everything I needed with no doubt. Excellent customer service -Thank you to Wickes Perry Barr, I'll definitely be back.
