Popped into the store around 6pm tonight and was so pleased with the lovely young lady that served me! I was after some paint but had a very specific vision/idea in my head... this poor young lady suffered my asking a million questions as I tried to find what I wanted, and thanks to her and her suggestions I actually left with a better idea than I originally had! I can't remember her name but she was early 20's, had curly hair tied back and was so lovely and approachable - she really is a credit to the store and I will make a point of looking for her on future visits!! I think her name started with T, PLEASE pass on my thanks to her - she really made my day brighter and made me feel at ease asking so many questions bless her!

Have been refurbishing the upstairs of my house so have been in and out of Nuneaton Wickes all week , was served on many occasions by Sharon who was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction for things I couldn’t find as well as sorting stuff that they had in the warehouse when there was not enough on display , she was absolutely brilliant and a credit to the store

Bought a kitchen through Gary at Wickes Nuneaton and its been a great experience from start to finish. Excellent after sales support from Gary. Kitchen quite complicated to build but we got there and really happy with the result. Thanks to all involved

Sharon was very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the right size paint. She took the time to look up information online for me as well

Visited Nuneaton store today,couldn’t find the paint I wanted .spoke to Sharron and she checked the stock and said they might be able to deliver tomorrow, I needed it today and Sharron located a store nearby . What a helpful lady she is deserves a pat on the back.😁

Amazing experience not because they have everything what you need but the staff go above and beyond. I personally dealt with Shannon and even if I had a magic lamp with a Genie 🧞‍♂️ Shannon did more. It’s the manner in which she listened, understood my issue and then resolved it. We teach SEN children vocational skills and Shannon and the other staff did not hesitate to do everything they could to help us. They really are that good. Trust me.

I spoke to a man called William at the Nuneaton branch, he was very friendly, extremely helpful about products I was interested in, nothing was too much trouble.
I highly recommend William if you are interested in a certain item.

I can’t thank Heidi enough for all her help with our local allotment through the Wickes Community Funding Programme.

Heidi was incredibly helpful and provided everything I had asked for. Her communication, both by email and over the phone, was absolutely first class, and she made the whole process so easy and straightforward.

I will definitely use the programme to apply for funding again and look forward to dealing with the ever-so-helpful Heidi in the future.

Sharon and Beci was really helpful

I went in looking for advice on a kitchen renovation, and was exploring painting my cabinet doors. He explained the products and services they provide, how to do it and discussed pros and cons of that. I have gone away with more clarity of what I want to do.

Heidi was brilliant, she was kind, helpful and did everything with a smile on her face! I was having a particularly bad day, she seemed to recognise this and offer help whilst she was passing me, she could clearly see I was struggling!

Very helpful young man, Charlie - I was looking at fixings for shelves in my (old) kitchen cabinets. Charlie listened, and went above and beyond to ensure I was buying the right size fixings for the project I had in mind. Great service.
I was disappointed though by the very meagre selection of cabinet paints, would be good if you expanded the range available.

Brilliant from start to finish, easy laid out plans, very well designed gor the available space, and no space was was wasted. Can't wait for the fitting to start

I would like to say a big thank you to Josh nutting for his excellent customer service as a operation manager,I went in to purchase some fence panels at our local wickes store Nuneaton,whilst the product was not in a1 condition he compensated me,and i was very satisfied with the outcome,and while he was dealing directly with my self In store,he was abruptly approached by a lady,who worked there,clearly affected by the heat,I can.only assume,as she demanded he go bk on the till,but he was still serving myself and I thought the lady was quite rude,towards him also myself as a customer,his customer service skills were impeccable and he continued to assist myself first,before rushing to help others,thank you Josh you definitely have a managerial quality,in being able to cope with unforseen pressure,kindest regards Mr Newton-( Maverick )
