We had such a positive experience with the team at the Norwich Wickes store while sourcing materials for our primary school gardening project.

A huge thank you to Emma and the rest of the team for their excellent customer service. Communication was outstanding throughout, everyone was friendly and genuinely happy to help. They also went above and beyond by helping to load everything into the car, which was very much appreciated!

It's wonderful to see a local store supporting the community in such a positive way. Thank you again, Emma and the Norwich team – your help has made a real difference to our school project. Highly recommended!

Booked a kitchen design visit with Ady. Really helpful and pointed out some potential issues with the plumbing etc even though we would be using our own builder. Great design and ideas and will book the final design session this week before ordering.

I had some questions about paint types and the differences and bathroom piping, and when I asked a colleague for help a lovley boy named Logan came and assisted me to find the perfect one.

Great experience getting a partial new kitchen for our home arranged with Wickes in Norwich. My designer was Laini and she was very helpful and patient from start to finish, coming out to the property and helping us incorporate some of our existing kitchen cabinets into the new kitchen design. We were also fully supported with several minor design changes during the process. Laini also helped expedite delivery of the cabinets and worktops to ensure we completed the project in good time. High recommend Wickes kitchen design service.

Visited the Norwich store today to see Sarah Cochius regarding a kitchen, utility room and shower room re-fit. Everything sorted out very efficiently thanks to Sarah's thorough knowledge of the subject, and professional yet friendly, approachable manne

To be honest, your kitchen designer Stuart Gardiner at the Norwich store has been fantastic.
From the initial consultation to fitting.. and all the little troublesome bits in between he has been fantastic and very professional.

Just been to Wickes of Norwich and met two of the most friendliest and knowledgeable people we have had dealings with for a very long time just wanted help with a sink and tap but nothing was to much trouble unfortunately we didn’t get get the young ladies name but the gentleman’s name was Clive thank you Pat &David

Paula at the Norwich store is always extremely helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to assist.

Bathroom designer Kathy at Norwich store was approachable and helpful and always at the end of the phone. We were kept well informed about deliveries which were always on time. Bathroom fitters were polite, friendly and helpful and the quality of finishing was excellent.

Amazing Service from Laini!
Over the moon with our kitchen! From the first meeting with Laini, her design (just wow!) her knowledge and advice has been outstanding. Everything she advised and timelines were on point. She stayed in contact throughout, from the home visit to after everything was fitted. It was such a nice touch to have a call to make sure we were happy with our kitchen after it was all installed!! If you’re looking for a friendly, competent designer I highly recommend you go see Laini! Her price was competitive and she listened to what we wanted. 5 star service, thanks Laini & Wickes we love our kitchen.

We are glad we chose Wickes for our new kitchen. From the first time that Lois Hall visited us and drew up the plan, to the fantastic job that Keith Moore did tin removing our old kitchen and completely fitting the new one, we couldn't have had better service. Everything was delivered on time, the skips to put everything in which was removed were all part of the deal. Also interest-free payment was a bonus! Our new kitchen is fabulous and we are very happy with it l

Part of larger delivery incomplete from DX. Contact them and had items but couldn’t deliver. Contacted Wickes CS really poor asked for refund as said will take 48 hours to get an answer. I’ve already been told this 96 hours before and no updates. Asked for refund and can take 14 days!!! Take payment immediately how can this be. Poor from Wickes.

It was an absolute delight spending a hour going over a kitchen design.
It was apparent instantly that Sarah had not only many years of experience but crucially cared about all aspects of how the kitchen would work for the end user.
Taking extra time to work out a few tricky aspects of what I'm looking for was a bonus.
The final sign off was finding a colour door/worktop choice.
