I had reason to visit Wickes-Minworth.
I had reason to visit Wickes-Minworth yesterday, upon getting home I realised that I'd lost my front door key and an electronic remote which operates the shutter door at my business unit. These had been attached to my car key but no longer were. Today I returned to the store and upon asking two members of staff, Becky and Marie, if my lost items had, by any chance, been handed in the ladies were happy to present them to me, fully intact. Their smiles matched mine! Two lovely, helpful people. Becky, Marie, thank you. I love you! xx

I have been served by Laura every time I have been to wickes in my home renovation process , she has been the biggest help and has made the horrible process of trips to and from wickes for forgotten items a lot better. I have never walked out without a smile on my face after being served by Laura.

A brilliant member of the Wickes Team, Ben at the Minworth Store in Sutton Coldfield helped me when I could find a product on the shelves. Damaged cupboard door
After one of my kitchen cupboard doors was split and damaged on the corner from being dropped, Beverley from the minworth store was amazing she re ordered a new door to be delivered to my address the next day.

During a house renovation we have visited our local Wickes Minworth branch daily. To say that the invaluable help given to us by Laura was a god send is an understatement; she is a real asset to the store. Nothing is too much trouble for her & her quiet understanding is just so calming. I only wish there were more Laura’s ! 😀

Helpful advice but excessively high cost due labour content
The advisor was polite, helpful & knowledgeable but the final quote for our en-suite refurbishment was excessively high due to the labour content (£5000+for 2 weeks work) plus the long lead time prior to commencement was unacceptable.
