Laura Brett, the manager at the Luton Gypsy lame store was so patient and attentive. She was very kind and supportive throughout our time in the store and even when we were unsure of the quantity to get she was able to assist. Thank you again!

The delivery driver named Ajay is very good and helpful he is on time with my order and puts my order where I want them, he is very friendly and good for a laugh

The sales assistant Abi was a great help to myself and my wife when we visited the Luton store after spending a fair bit of money she helped us out with making sure we had all the items we needed and that all the items we did have were properly packaged. Well stocked branch of Wickes, with very helpful staff. Recommended if you are in the area and need some DIY supplies.

Emily was very helpful helping me to make a purchase using the blue light card.

The Design Consultant arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout. We discussed my ideas, his suggestions and overall budget expectations. I would recommend this free service for any size of project.

Rude and unprofessional staff , won’t exchange the item coz I don’t have physical receipt, although it’s not mentioned in their terms and conditions, got picture of the receipt which have all the details clearly

I visited Wickes on Gypsy Lane in Luton earlier today. I was there to buy a total of 11 different items and needed advice and guidance. Both Anne-Marie and Jason went out of their way to help me. It meant that, thanks to them, my shopping experience at Wickes was very positive from beginning to end. My grateful thanks to both of them.

It was helpful, friendly and quick. We got exactly what we wanted with the minimum of fuss.

Came in to quickly get tiles for a shower screen and was greeted by Jason who was so lovely. Gave me recommendations and personal advice on products, I came in to get one thing that being the tiles, came out buying multiple other useful things for my project. All the staff are so friendly but you can really tell Jason is passionate and happy to be there at work, not sure if he’s a higher up/ store manager at that particular location but if not he should definitely be considered for the role in the future. Great helpful and friendly staff

Visited the Luton store just after opening and needed help locating a specific tool, that I had seen on-line.
Ann was working on the till and was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly where the item was located and we discussed alternative options, which she helped retrieve from the stock-room.
She was very knowledgable and professional, providing great customer service.

I needed advice regarding plants and Jason was very helpful, he took time out to explain how and what I needed in order to grow healthy plants and guided me in the right direction for what to purchase.

Looking for a needle in a haystack trying to find right screws to hang coat hooks that were missing screw pack. Knew what i was after but could not locate them. Jason jumped in, found what i was looking for provided great customer service.

Was just helped by a gentleman at the Wickes store at Gypsy Lane, Luton. His name was Jason. I was looking for a particular shade of green for my wet room. He was super helpful. Described the dulux paint mixing to us with great detail and asked us if there was anything else he could help us with. I've gonna say, every time I've been in this store, the staff have always been so helpful. Jason is a credit to your store. Thank you.
