Our experience with wickes in Hertford was a pleasure, we are super happy with our new kitchen.
Dane Tolliday, our wickes designer was brilliant to work with, he was very professional and thoughtful to what we wanted, and the measurements were spot on. We particularly liked the fact that everything was ordered through Dane including all the appliances we needed. We feel the level of service we received from Wickes especially Dane Tolliday was excellent. Thank you wickes and Dane for our lovely kitchen, we love ,love, love it.

Abi was very helpful and polite
Abi was very helpful and polite . My son ran out of one box of Wickes own brand tiles. There was none on shelf instead of just saying that there was none in stock,unlike a couple of other stores I visited she actually looked for some which she found which save a long trip to another store thanks abbey

I went to wicks this afternoon looking…
I went to wicks this afternoon looking for the perfect colour to paint my bathroom, I asked this young guy (Chaz) for some help as I had no idea where to start or look, straight away he was ready to help and took me to the isle I needed to be and helped me though out, he was very friendly and easy to get on with and made my experience enjoyable another member of staff came to the rescue due to a problem with the colour after the paint had been mixed she was also lovely and reinsuring. But unfortunately another member of staff approached later on to “help” but wasn’t so kind and I actually thought she was extremely rude and miserable. Chaz see that I was not impressed and did everything in his power to make sure I got the service i needed regardless to what happened prior. Wanted to say a huge thank you 😊

Such a great experience
Such a great experience from start to finish! I have had my bathroom, 2 shower rooms and cloakroom completely redesigned, fully tiled and with all new fittings and features. I would like to call out the designer Dane Tolliday at the Hertford Wickes showroom, for his excellent design expertise and support throughout the whole process. He made it all very easy for me! Thank you Dane and Wickes team!
