Wickes - Havant Reviews 

I went in there as I needed some paint to redecorate my living room. The staff members were really helpfull, especially Luis Culcay, who with his knowledge made me choose the right type of paint and tools I needed. Now my living room has a new look and i am super happy with how it turned up.

Wickes kitchen design service - Becky Carter was incredibly helpful with my kitchen design. She was on the ball from the start, considered every aspect, listened to my ideas and steered me towards a very high end result. Would highly recommend her for anyone’s kitchen design. I couldn’t fault her.

Went this morning to buy Stirling Board and roofing sheets for a shed some friends and I erected yesterday. A very helpful woman who was standing guard while a colleague drove a fork lift truck in and out provided me with all the information I needed and a tub of fixing nails.
Alex then took my payment for the items I was carrying out and took my order for the items to be delivered. He was a bit rusty on the process as my details were entered twice in different computers, but he made the whole process a joy. Thank you Alex.
I await delivery tomorrow....

Great customer service and very helpful. Asked at the till if they had any more paint and the manager (Gary) went and found an extra tub.

I had to return some paint yesterday. It said pure white on the tin, but was actually grey when I opened it. Very annoying having to return it to the shop, but Dee sorted it in a very friendly and fuss free manner. It ended up being a nice experience! The other staff I’ve dealt with at Havant have also been super friendly and helpful.

My grandmother sought help and was met with excellent customer service and a calm welcoming energy by a worker called Alex at the havant location. He went out of his way to aid her and took time out of his day to assist her with household troubles.

The staff are always so helpful especially Luis, very knowledgeable and helpful

Bought some rough sawn timber for a trellis project in the week but ran out! Went back to Wickes Havant today only to discover very little or no same size timber left.
Found just two pieces which were a bit chewed up…at the checkout I cheekily asked if I could have a discount on the timber because of its poor condition.
Alice asked Adam if I could get a price reduction and he agreed, he reduced both pieces of timber for me because they weren’t that perfect.
Thank you Adam and Alice, such nice people. Wickes Havant is a great local DIY store, always friendly and helpful service.

I work for a shopfitting company, we have a job in Bicester , we were working over a weekend and ran short of paint. I went to the Havant store to see if they could help with a colour I needed. I was served by Kelly , what a great lady she is, her help, assistance to get the colour I needed was very impressive especially as the colour was originally a Farrow and Ball colour , nothing was to much trouble for Kelly and I got the colour I needed. I award Kelly 10/10 top lady , many thanks

We recently had a bathroom designed and fitted by Wickes in Havant. The dessigner Adam did a lovely job and we quickly agreed on all the specifications. Great to deal with a very experienced. The fitter was Jozsef Kosma. Jozsef was absolutely wonderful and made light work of a pretty complex job. He was so helpful and polite. Alweays went the extra mile. Both very highly recommended. We couln't be more pleased.

I recently visited Wickes at Havant several times to purchase laminate flooring, underlay, paint, brushes, compost, and topsoil.

In my experience, a staff member named Tina was exceptional. She was energetic, supportive, and always willing to help customers. While I found some other staff members to be a bit rude, Tina’s service stood out as particularly positive.

The shop itself is quite large, offering a wide variety of stock and plenty of choices. Additionally, there is free parking available, and the overall value provided was good.

Very generous and supportive of Step by Step, donating a new bike shed for the young people we support to use. A HUGE thank you.

My small boy got sick inside the store and Tina made me feel so comfortable. I was really confused me what to do and she helped me all the way. What a brilliant customer service. Wickes in Havant got a loyal customer for life . Thank you.

We had a kitchen designed by Becky.
The whole experience until completion,return of parts not used was a complete pleasure thanks to her support and knowledge . The kitchen is now complete, of high quality and good design. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a kitchen

I can’t praise Wickes enough, particularly design consultant Adam in Havant, for the outstanding service I received in the planning and coordination of my new kitchen. The design, delivery and subsequent installation by Giles and his team at Rowlands Castle Builders, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is amazing. I have received so many positive comments about my new kitchen and would highly recommend both Wickes in Havant and Rowlands Castle Builders for the first class high quality service provided.
