A big thank you to Calum at Wickes for excellent customer service. I was rushed and stressed, and he went out of his way to help me with the basin, secure the packaging and later make the exchange as quick and easy as possible.
Most importantly, his help is the reason Wickes got and kept my business. Had Calum not helped me so well in the first place, I would likely have bought the basin elsewhere. When I needed to exchange it, I chose to return to Wickes because I trusted I’d be looked afte, when I could have easily asked for a refund.
Staff like Calum genuinely make a difference and deserve to be recognised and supported.

Had one damaged pack of tiles delivered…
Had one damaged pack of tiles delivered out of the 24 boxes I ordered. Took it to the store and spoke to an assistant at the till who called over the manager Yasin. He straight away swapped over the pack of tiles for a new one and even carried it out to my car. Great service
