Very helpful and friendly staff
Very helpful and friendly staff. They showed us where something was that we couldn't find. They came up with a solution as the product we wanted wasn't in the size we needed in the Gloucester store which saved us a trip to the Cheltenham store.

Don't trust the price below item
Went to purchase garden fence 6x4 feet advertised for £23, it was marked £23 under the item, on the check out they said it was £30 and the one I wanted was out of stock, this happens often where the space is stocked with another item and they don't change the price ticket, the times I've got to the checkout and found the item is a different price and always higher.

a very pleasant experience throughout
Walked into the store and was greeted by a customer service assistant, Eileen, who enquired to my store needs. On identifying that the product I was after was not available for delivery. Eileen found a suitable alternative item for me, then completed the documentation wich was available for home delivery all without fuss or bother, a very pleasant experience throughout.
