Coco at Wickes Kitchens in Eastbourne has been brilliant! She has been outstanding in her dedication and patience in facilitating my ideal kitchen solution. Coco has guided me through the whole process of design and has provided me with a vast array of options to suit my aspirations and budget, I would have not been able to get as far in this process without her ongoing help and advice, she continues to help and assist me with her knowledge and experience ongoing even after my purchase, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Coco's design was excellent and exceeded our expectations, transforming a cramped, dated bathroom into a stylish, practical space.
She has been a delight to work with throughout the project. Communication, attention to detail and advice on product choice and colour have all been spot-on.

Just had our new kitchen installed by Wicks and we are so pleased. Rob Hicks was incredible, seeing to our every need and advising on how best to accommodate our wishes on a tight budget. Huge thankyou also goes to Neil the kitchen fitter recommended by Rob. He did an amazing job and transformed our kitchen . I cannot praise them high enough

Update regarding previous review , Having left a review regarding parking fine for not being able to fit inside a parking bay Wickes replied through here asking for more detail so they can look into this , well I did send the details next day and so far nothing from them , so it would appear that they send an apology publicly and a promise to look into it for all to read and then behind the scenes do nothing as there is no ability to reply to their Trustpilot reply for all to see and the outcome .

Wickes designed our kitchen which was ordered by our builder. When it came to installation the builder notified Wickes the fittings were missing. Wickes sent replacement parts and the builder returned to complete the kitchen. Unfortunately the replacement parts sent were incorrect. Wickes then advised they are no longer dealing with the supplier and other customers are waiting for the same part. Frustrated at the time it was taking to resolve this with over a month having gone by without a satisfactory solution, I escalated via Head Office and asked for further information on the options I had set out to try and resolve this. I am still waiting for that information over a week later. Very disappointed Wickes fail to understand the inconvenience caused or their responsibilities when goods are not of a satisfactory quality, ie sold with parts missing.
Have spent another 25 minutes trying to phone Customer Services without the call being answered.

Sorry this is a bit late.I would like to say a big thanks to Coco Astridge for her help with completely transforming my bathroom.
I was in a bit of a quandary with a small bath and shower screen set up that didn’t work for me so decided to go to wickes as other retailers had fail me.
Coco offered a good solution with her design skills and even followed up on deliveries and is there like a friend if you need her expertise.
I love my bathroom now and the shower is fabulous.

Now my kitchen is fully installed, I want to thank Coco at Wickes, Eastbourne for her imagination and expertise in planning a not so very straightforward kitchen design. I live in a small, wonky house and Coco’s inventiveness ensured every corner, and awkward space was utilised fully. I have a fully functioning kitchen again that is so calming and beautiful to be in. The whole experience was excellent and I was delighted by the finished works.
Rob Hicks my designer at Wickes in Eastbourne, was knowledgeable, professional and very patient while guiding me through the initial processes of choosing and ordering everything and happy to help with any questions.
Luke Dash and his skilled team installed everything to a very high standard and were always pleasant and helpful - including tidying up after themselves.
Wickes Customer Service team were consistently and quickly responsive to any of my queries.
Deliveries were well coordinated and generally arrived on time.

Colleen Astridge provided an experienced and courteous service when helping me plan my new kitchen down to the last query and detail. The builders employed, Heartfield Carpentry, were also excellent, experienced and friendly and gave me every opportunity to comment on what they were doing or planned. They were fully trustworthy and I have already recommended them to a friend.

Coco Astridge very easy to deal with. Efficient, polite and always on hand to help. A marked difference to other suppliers. I ordered pretty much everything for bathrooms, flooring with her and she was even there after the initial service to help with delivery. Thank you
